Casa Azzurra is a delightful two-room attic apartment in San Lorenzo al Mare (IM) just a few meters from the sea. San Lorenzo is a splendid Ligurian village overlooking the sea, with the typical colorful fishermen's houses, protected behind by the mountains that guarantee a mild climate all year round. The apartment is suitable for both families and those looking for a romantic vacation.

The house consists of a large living area that serves as a dining room and living room with a brand new double sofa bed with a generously sized mattress. The kitchen (small but super-equipped), 1 bathroom with shower and bidet, 1 double bedroom with large wardrobe and chest of drawers. Sheets and towels available on request.
The house is fully equipped: refrigerator, oven, induction hob, microwave oven, coffee machine, blender, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. Plates, glasses, pots and pans and dishes recently purchased. An iron and ironing board are also available, as well as a 43-inch Samsung LCD Smart TV. The entire apartment has a modern air conditioning system. The Wi-Fi internet connection is free.

The apartment is located in a beautiful setting with public greenery right below the house. It has free condominium parking until exhaustion. At the moment the private garage is not available as extraordinary works were necessary but it can be used to store beach equipment and bicycles. There are two large balconies not fully usable in height because being an attic the roof limits external access. A few meters from the house you can find a mini-market, public gardens with games for children.
Furthermore, always in the immediate vicinity, you can take advantage of the splendid cycle path almost 27 kilometers long and that from Borgo Prino reaches Ospedaletti. You can travel this path on foot or by bike and whichever way you choose you will receive a unique emotion as a gift ... The sea and the roar of the waves on one side, the uncontaminated nature on the other, together create a setting that cannot be found in any other cycle path in Italy.
Furthermore, the French border is really just a stone's throw away... Menton, Nice, Monte Carlo are definitely worth a visit.

Liked area, close to beach, grocery nearby. Disliked bed too hard, squeaky, bathroom sink had foul sewer smell. Inaccurate description- Pt is not “few meters from beach”, but rather 5 min walk to beach. Bed linen and towels cost 20 euro. Not indicated in description. Owner was kind enough to assume the charge after I complained. Tall people beware. Parts of apartment have low ceiling. Two people max. Small apartment.

Tutto perfetto!

San Lorenzo al mare offre poco perché piccola ovviamente, ma la tranquillità la fa da regina. Mare pulito, spiaggia di sabbia sia privata che libera non affollata e con l'ingresso nell' acqua graduale....si può fare snorkeling e ci sono vari servizi tipo doccia gratuita e pedalò; i prezzi sono molto onesti. Ho soggiornato 5 GG nella mansarda di Carlo, una persona a dir poco disponibile e molto attenta ad offrire il meglio. L'appartamento in posizione strategica dista a poco più di 5 minuti dal mare percorrendo una strada pianeggiante e per lo più pedonale. Abbiamo parcheggiato la macchina sotto casa con facilità, comodissimo anche il supermercato. A differenza di altri posti in cui ho soggiornato, trovato comodi anche i letti. Dispone di Smart TV e collegamento wifi e ci sono tutti quei piccoli dettagli per trovare la casa già vivibile. Se avete qualche dubbio, chiedete pure all'host che sicuramente vi darà dei buoni consigli. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Sehr schön!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Super kommunikation mit dem Vermieter/Agentur sowie schöne und praktikable Wohnung bei sehr guter Lage und schönes Dorf sowie schöner Strand und sehr gute Restaurants. Kann es jedem empfehlen in der Wohnung in dem Dorf den Urlaub zu verbringen!

Schöne Wohnung

Wir waren 5 Tage in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist sehr sauber und man hat wirklich alles was man braucht, ob Bügeleisen oder Glätteisen. Durch das Sofa das man ausziehen kann hat man eine optimale zweite Schlafgelegenheit. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Übergabe lief fantastisch und ohne Probleme. Ich kann diese Wohnung und den Vermieter nur empfehlen und bedanke mich dass ich hier mit meiner Familie den Urlaub verbringen durfte. Der Supermarkt ist 1 Minute entfernt und wir waren dort täglich. Zum Strand läuft man ca. 5 Minuten, dieser ist sehr schön und sauber. Toller Sand. Cafe´s und Coktailbars in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Menschen sind dort total nett und sehr herzlich besonders gegenüber Kinder. DANKE!!!

Nice apartment in small town

The apartment itself is very nice (tall people need to mind their head sometimes), it offers enough space for two people, for four people it would be a bit cramped. The bed in the master bedroom is a bit hard, we preferred to sleep on the bed in the living room. There is an adjacent playground which is a bit loud in the evenings, but it didn't bother us that much. As stated in other reviews it would be great if electricity was already included in the apartment price (it costs 1€ per kWh with 20kWh included). The apartment is very close to the sea, approximately 5 minutes by foot. There is a supermarket right across the street, which is very convenient. Overall, we had a great stay in the apartment. The welcoming gift was highly appreciated. Thank you, Carlo!

Insgesamt schöner Aufenthalt

Eine saubere Wohnung mit allem, was man benötigt. Fernseh, Internet, Waschmaschine und vieles mehr. Für 4 Personen ziemlich klein, da kaum mehr Platz bleibt, sich zu bewegen, da die Wohnung wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich viele Dachschrägen hatm Strom und Tücher kosten extra. Da die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss ist, kommt sehr wenig Luft in die Wohnung und es wird schnell heiss, sodass die Klimaanlage laufen müsste, was viel Strom verbraucht wird. Zum Meer sind es zu Fuss 5-10 Minuten.

qualche passo dal mare e dalla pista ciclabile

L'appartamento va bene per chi vuole andare sulla bellissima pista ciclabile da Imperia fino a Ospedaletto, perchè le bici si possono mettere nella garage. La cucina è piccolissima, già una persona ci sta stretto. Va bene per farsi qualche piatto semplice. San Lorenzo è un paesino carino. Come benvenuto ci ha fatto conoscere Carlo due delizie buonissime (sorpresa!), grazie! Lenzuole e asciugamani non sono incluse nel prezzo e il consumo elettrico viene effettuato a fine soggiorno (1€ x kW), se è poco non si paga niente. Comunque queste informazioni si scoprono solo dopo la prenotazione. Devo dire che non trovo proprio adeguato il rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo stesso siamo stati molto bene in questi 4 giorni.

Très belle expérience

Très bon accueil . Nous avons été touchées par le petit cadeau d'arrivée de la part du propriétaire (Grazie mille Carlo !) L'appartement est très coquet,bien situé (commerces, restaurants, plage à proximité) et très bien équipé. Le seul inconvénient, c'est le petit parc public derrière l'immeuble qui occasionne un peu de bruit le soir. Belle région avec de nombreux sites merveilleux à visiter. A revoir.

Schöne aber kleine Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ideal. Sie ist sehr zentral gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt gegenüber und man ist schnell im Ortskern und am Strand. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur und Carlo lief problemlos und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten bis auf zwei Kritikpunkte eine sehr schöne Woche. 1. Punkt: Die Wohnung ist für uns ( 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (9+11)) recht klein gewesen aber wie oben beschrieben für zwei Personen ideal. Die Schlafcouch war für uns unbequem und bei jedem umdrehen quietschte es. Ausserdem haben wir die Dachschrägen etwas unterschätzt und somit blieb der eine oder andere Kopfanschlag nicht aus. Das Aufhängen der Wäsche war auf dem sehr niedrigen Balkon nicht optimal. 2. Punkt: Vor der Ferienwohnung direkt auf der Seite des Schlafzimmers grenzt ein kleiner schöner Spielplatz an. Dieser Spielplatz wird jeden Abend in den Ferien von den Teenies bis weit in die Nacht in Beschlag genommen, was sehr sehr störend war. Dadurch war es jede Nacht richtig laut und zum Teil sehr nervig. Trotz der kleinen Punkte hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Abbiamo alloggiato fino a ieri in questo appartamento..semplicemente perfetto! Pulito,dotato di tutto,posizione fantastica a 5min a piedi dalla spiaggia,supermercato e parcheggio sotto casa! Proprietario e agenzia cordiali e disponibili..che dire assolutamente da tenere da conto!

Schöner Urlaub

Wie schon beim ersten Besuch war die Wohnung sauber und schön eingerichtet. Auch das Schlafsofa hat eine gute Grösse für zwei Personen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet! Die Klimaanlage lässt einem aufatmen, wenn es draussen richtig heiss ist. Morgens ein Blick aus dem Dachfenster im Schlafzimmer und man sieht wunderbar über die Dächer von San Lorenzo. San Lorenzo ist klein, fein und nicht "überlaufen". Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
