The residence is located on the second floor of a charming three‑story building. Access is via stairs, offering a light bit of exercise and a chance to enjoy the tropical surroundings as you come and go.

Visitor Policy
For the safety and security of all residents and guests, visitors are not permitted during your stay. Any exception requires prior authorization from the Aquatika Administration. Authorized visitors must be formally registered through the administration office, complete the required registration form, and pay the applicable wristband fee.

Failure to comply with this policy may result in fines imposed by the Aquatika Administration and/or Homeowners Association, and unauthorized visitors may be denied entry or required to leave the premises.

As your host, my goal is to make your stay as comfortable and seamless as possible. You’ll enjoy the convenience of keyless entry with a personalized access code, giving you the freedom to come and go without worrying about physical keys.

If anything comes up during your stay, I’m always easy to reach—whether through the app or by phone—and I’ll respond promptly to ensure you’re fully supported.

Important Information

The Aquatika Homeowners Association (HOA) requires all guests to wear wristbands at all times while on the property. These wristbands are issued by the HOA, and they charge a mandatory, one‑time fee of $12 per guest, which is already included in your reservation as a resort fee. This fee is set exclusively by the HOA and does not benefit the host.

Because the HOA charges per registered guest, it’s essential that the number of guests in your reservation is accurate and up to date. This ensures the correct wristbands can be issued and prevents any delays or issues at check‑in.

I am required to submit a guest registration form to the HOA at least 48 hours before your arrival, so I will need some additional information from each guest. If the number of guests listed in your reservation does not match the information provided, you will be asked to update the reservation to align with the HOA’s requirements.
