We had a great time at this condo. The location is walkable to lots of great restaurants and bars. The condo is stocked with everything you would need. We really appreciated the beach gear and we spent a lot of time enjoying the breeze and views from the balcony.

Victor provided a wonderful long-weekend stay in his just-right condo. The place was perfect—clean, comfortable, well furnished with everything needed and more. The Condado location was in the heart of the best of San Juan, with Old San Juan about an hour walk or a 10 minute drive away, and a view of both the ocean and the bay. Many very good eating places close by. Loved it. Victor was also very accommodating to my request for an early check-in. This was a great find for the price.

From the moment we stepped into the home we were greeted with spectacular views. It was perfect space for me and my friend to stay. I have no complaints. Host was even kind enough to allow us to extend our checkout after our flight was delayed. Highly recommended booking this spot. You won’t regret it.

Great stay, great location

We really lucked out finding this place for our extended weekend trip in PR! Great location that's just a few blocks away from Condado's main "going out" areas and beach access -- very easy to get in with help from the host after our flight got severely delayed and we arrived in town in the early morning. The A/C worked great, plenty of closet space, nice large bathroom and living room, kitchen and outdoor patio that we used. Building itself is very nice too with a quick elevator that always worked well during our stay. The views were really amazing too, the photos don't do it justice. Would 1000% recommend to anyone visiting the area for a weekend or longer!

Great rental with exceptional host

This property is exactly as pictured and described with beautiful views in a safe and clean building. Access to the building and unit was exactly as communicated. The unit has EVERYTHING that you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately there was an island wide blackout during our stay. Victor was in communication with us right away to ensure that we felt safe and did everything in his power to make sure we were comfortable. He was always responsive and went out of his way to make sure that we were OK. I would recommended this unit a million times if I could. Go ahead and book! You won't regret it

One bedroom apartment

Situated on corner of building with good views of lagoon and ocean along with distant view of Old San Juan and cruise ships coming and going. Walkable to restaurants, liquor store and shopping. The apartment is as advertised and photos are accurate. At night the noise from street was kind of loud for me. Ear plugs solved the issue. I recommend this property.

Great location

Property is in Condado, an affluent tourist area in San Juan between the Atlantic Ocean and the Condado lagoon. Restaurants abound along with shopping and water sports. Apartment has fantastic views of the ocean and lagoon. Kitchen is tiny so don’t plan on entertaining. Good for a couple.

beautiful apartment!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for valentines weekend and we enjoyed it very much, it’s walking distance from literally everything! It is perfect for a little tropical getaway! (the views are amazing)

Our stay in Condado

Victor was very attentive prior to the trip. He sent us information to read over about the area, activities, and restaurants to checkout. This was very helpful. He also responds back to your messages promptly. The location of the condo was my favorite part. You’re conveniently located to everything. The beach, restaurants, small stores. We took Ubers mainly everywhere. The water in the condo gets hot, it is a quiet building, and you can hear the waves while you sleep, see the ocean from the balcony, and the lagoon from the bedroom (people swim and do water activities.) Overall, we had a nice stay. Thank you for hosting us, Victor.

Location Location Location!

The location of this condo is in the heart of the Condado district, a trendy upscale neighborhood walking distance (@3.5 miles) to the fort in Old San Juan. We had views of the lagoon where we were able to spot manatees even up on the 12th floor! We also had views of the ocean which made our mornings & evenings on the balcony quite lovely! The night life is lively, so if you’re a light sleeper & like open windows, bring ear plugs. There are grocery stores nearby, so buying a few breakfast options was easy. There are also many restaurants…loved Raya! The kitchen was more than adequately stocked for our purposes…even had cinnamon for my morning coffee! One afternoon we used the beach chairs provided & walked to the nearby Condado Playita beach @ enjoyed the people watching for a few hours. Thank you Victor!

City Vibes

I loved staying here. It was very clean, nicely decorated and communication with owner was simple, efficient and friendly. very quick response to any and all questions. The area has that feel of being in a city but not all the hassles that might bring to mind. Exit the building and you have your choice of restaurants, bars, casinos and areas to just walk around and view the beach and palm trees. No car needed. The view is incredible . One side provides the ocean waves and the other the calmness of the lagoon. I was alone and felt completely safe at all times. Would love to return in the near future.

This location in Condado beach was absolutley perfect for our 5 day trip to Puerto Rico. The condo was nicely appointed, and in a great spot for me to take morning walks around the bay, and easily catch an uber to other areas for the day. We also rode bikes to Old San Juan, and rented a car easily from the Enterprise down the street to go into the rain forest. Victor was an excellent host, very available, and I can't wait to come stay here again. Thank you!

Great view

Loved the place. It was clean, very nice inside and convenient. We could walk just about everywhere. Parking is extra and a little tight sometimes but it was at the bottom of the condo building so all you had to do is walk to the elevator to get to the condo, which is on the 12th floor. Would definitely stay there again!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay & definitely recommend this listing! Victor was informative & courteous from the start. The property is very close walking distance to the beach, beautiful views of both the ocean & lagoon, very clean & they provided so many thoughtful conveniences. Having beach chairs, umbrellas & even sunscreen available for use was quite lovely. We were lucky enough to even catch a clear sighting of the mama manatee with her baby in the lagoon! Above and beyond!

Victor was the ultimate host, helping me order flowers, getting champagne and chocolates, letting me know how to order groceries ahead of time and had someone there to receive them. Excellent communication! As for the condo... I'm not sure you can beat the view! It has everything you need to cook with or have drinks or wine! The bed was very comfortable too! The location is so convenient for a short walk to amazing food and entertainment! We will be coming back!
