Miguel & Fanny treated us like family. They gave us great suggestions on what to do and where to eat. Fanny made us breakfast several mornings which was great. They were warm and welcoming hosts.

Host were absolutely amazing. We felt like family. Everything was provided that we needed. There are thoughtful items such as a cooler bag for day trips, beach towels, umbrella and chairs, even a rain umbrella. The common area pool and kitchen were always clean. Plenty of towles and linnens. The extra package of flowers champane and charcuterie were perfect and just what we needed after the flight. Miguel and Fany were so welcoming, & gave great reccomendations. All of the garden plants were so beautiful. Fish pond was enjoyable to watch. Light jazz music was a nice touch. 100% Will stay again on next visit.

Gracious, friendly hosts. Great outdoor spaces.

This was such a quaint and lovely home with a private pool and bbq area. Miguel and Fanny were so kind and great hosts. They also respected my privacy as I lounged by the private pool soaking up the sun!I would highly recommend this property and hope to come back soon.

Beautiful House

San Juan, PR Trip

Miguel and Fanny were the best hosts! They were so friendly, fun and attentive. They showed us around the property and answered our questions, while providing us space to enjoy ourselves. I loved seeing their animals too - fish, turtle and bird (luna). Their place has a lot of character, was relaxing, was close to places to eat and the pool was amazing!

Amazing amazing amazing home and hosts

Such a quiet secured entrance neighborhood ! Fanny met us at the front door at midnight because of our flight being delayed. We felt like we were at our parents house with the way she welcomed us. The back yard at night is very peaceful, the pool is really nice and clean! Woke up to coffee, oj, breakfast with a side plate of fresh cut fruit, I can’t say enough about Fanny and Miguel. If you’re coming to Puerto Rico, I advise you to make this one of your stays !

MiFanny’s Suite!

This stay exceeded our expectations. The hosts are the most amazing people, the home is so much fun, the location is safe and not far from the city, and the pool is just one of the many perks. Aside from our excursions, this home itself was just as amazing as everything else my boyfriend and I planned. Fanny and Miguel are so warm and welcoming. For anyone looking for an awesome stay for the price this is your place. Miss it already!! :(

Amazing time

First off, we would like to thank Miguel and Fanny for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home. Our stay there was everything we hoped it would be and more. They were very respectful of our privacy but offered us anything we may have needed. From the beautiful pool and its exclusive privacy,the time here won’t be forgotten anytime soon. Perfect Location

My wife and I stayed during the first week of January 2024. The space worked out ideal for us. Our primary need was a bed, substituting for a hotel room. The space was easy to find, and well located for our needs. There are several nice restaurants within walking distance. The parking is off street. While the room is small, the outside covered lounge area and the pool give plenty of room to entertain if needed. One afternoon we brought out 4 year old grandson to the space. He had a ball in the pool and Fanny was gracious to make him popcorn and juice.. The listing was very accurate. The bed is a double, and cooking is microwave or grill - all disclosed in the listing. Miguel and Fanny were very gracious and promptly addressed any questions. I would use again.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time at this property, Miguel and Fanny were fantastic hosts. We thought the pool was heated because it advertised as so but it wasn't. It was still a lovely time but would of been nice to use the pool at night, or just not to advertise it as heated. Not a big deal because everything else was very lovely and the hosts were very hospitable. Thank you again for a great experience at your home :)

Hidden Gem in Cupey

Easy access via one of the main highways to just about any destination. Don’t miss out on fine dining at Cholo’s & some pretty good Mexican dishes at Carnitas (both walking distance). Thank you Miguel & Fanny.

Best stay by far!

One of the best stays I've ever had. The place was amazing! Beautiful gated community. The room was cozy, pool access from our bathroom was awesome and the outdoor area was great. But the best part of our stay were Miguel and Fanny! Their hospitality was great and theyre beautiful people. 10/10 would recommend

Wonderful time in Puerto Rico

Miguel and Fanny were amazing hosts during our one-week stay in Puerto Rico. The room was great, with everything we needed, including a comfortable bed, a bathroom, and a well-equipped furniture. The best part of the rental was the private pool, which was always available just to us. We spent many relaxing hours swimming and sunbathing by the pool. Fanny's breakfast and personal pizza were both amazing. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the pizza was cooked to perfection. We also enjoyed the bottles of water that were provided in the room. We felt very secure in the gated community where the rental is located. Miguel and Fanny were always easy to contact and provided great advice on what to do in Puerto Rico. Overall, we had a great experience with our rental place and an amazing time in beautiful Puerto Rico. I would highly recommend Miguel's place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway that won't break the bank but is still close to the airport and tourist attractions. If our travels take us back to Puerto Rico, we will definitely stay there again.
