Paradise! Beachfront Villa with Ocean View @ Seven Seas +Wifi

The perfect getaway for a family or romantic vacation. Beautiful and exclusive villa (30 units). Large balcony, where you can enjoy great ocean and pool views. The Villa has a wonderful open concept kitchen/dinning/living room area, where you can relax. Complex with pool, gazebo and playground.

The apartment has beach access to Seven Seas and Playa Escondida. It is walking distance to restaurants and the Nature Reserve Las Cabezas de San Juan, where you can go night kayaking to the bioluminescent bay. Drive less than 2 minutes to Las Croabas fisherman’s village: a tourist area where you can take water taxis or catamaran snorkeling full day trips to small cays like Palominito and Icacos; El Conquistador Hotel & Casino with golf course, restaurants, spa and tennis courts. The famous Luquillo Beach and El Yunque Tropical Rain Forest are only 15 min. away. Hospital, supermarkets, shopping center, restaurants, ferry to Vieques & Culebra are all less than 5 min. from the villa.


Walking Distance Activities:
1. Seven Seas Beach: across the street from the apartment is one of the top beaches of the world. A popular beach for snorkeling around the coral reefs and water sports. The region is part of the National Parks System and is considered a 'World Blue Flag Beach'. The blue flag distinction means a beach has to comply with a set of very strict standards in terms of water quality, safety and services.
2. Nature Reserve Las Cabezas de San Juan: including walking tours of the Lighthouse and museum.
3. Playa Escondida and Playa Colora: two of the most secluded beaches of the area where you can find beautiful panoramic views in very calm waters (where the Governor's summer house is located).


Nearby Activities:
1. Las Croabas Village: A fisherman's village where you can find restaurants, kiosks of seafood and souvenirs. It is a fantastic area where you can take water taxis or catamaran's snorkeling full day trips to nearby islands like Icacos, Palomino, Palominito.
2. Kayak Tours of the Bioluminescent Laguna Grande: Puerto Rico is home of 3 of the only 5 bioluminescent bays in the world. And Seven Seas, Fajardo is home of one of them. Here you have the opportunity to go on night kayaking tours of the bay.
3. El Conquistador Hotel: The most luxurious hotel on the island offering fine dining, shopping, world class casino, dancing, bar/pub, golf, tennis and the best Spa in the island, among other activities.
4. Ferry Boats to Culebra and Vieques: 5 min. by car in the town of Fajardo ferryboats can take you to Vieques and Culebra. with more places to explore and world renown beaches to enjoy. In Mosquito Bay, Vieques is one of the other bioluminescent bays in the World.

1. El Yunque Tropical Rain Forest: Located at the town of Luquillo, it's the only rainforest that belongs to the U.S. Forest Service. Beautifull and peaceful mountain with lots of hiking trails and waterfalls. It is nominated to be one of the new 7 wonders of nature. (20 min. drive)
2. Hacienda Carabali: A 600 acres ranch located in the foothills of El Yunque Rainforest. Here you can explore this unique rainforest ecosystem in a wide range of adventures: mount 'paso fino' horses, 4 wheel drive ATV, mountain bike excursions, go kart racetrack. (20 min. drive)
3. Canovanas Factory Outlet Mall: Where you can find major brand stores. (30 min. drive)
4. Old San Juan District: You can recapture the sense of visiting a village by walking the cobblestones streets of Old San Juan, the second-oldest European-founded city in the Americas. Visit the fortresses (declared World Heritage Sites by Unesco), museums, art galleries, restaurants and shops. (60 min. drive)

My one daughter has food allergies so we cook mostly in, instead of going out to eat and was so nice to have a great and very equipped kitchen. It had enough dishes and silverware and pans to cook with. Loved sitting outside on the balcony to eat breakfast and look out at the ocean. Love having the gated facility and a designated parking spot.

Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. The house was the perfect size for our family. The beach right across the street meant my husband and kids could go snorkeling every day. The rooms were good sized and everybody had room to spread out. The house is close to Luquillo, a boardwalk of dozens of bars and restaurants. Patricia was an excellent host and responded to questions right away. Would highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay here! It was so close to the beaches, Fjardo and the fun town of Las Corabas. The condo was very clean and ready for our family of 6. Instructions for checking in and checking out were very clear. We will definitely be back!

Spacious condo conveniently located

We enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable renting from Patricia. Communication was good and the condo was as pictured and described. It was very helpful to have the cooler, beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. The condo is spacious and was perfect for our family of 6 (ages 17 and up). We cooked in the kitchen most nights and appreciated the condiments left behind by previous renters.Some have mentioned roosters and there was one that awoke our family in the middle of the night but could not be heard from the master bedroom. The air conditioners in the bedrooms were very cool, which we very much appreciated. We stayed the end of June.There is a washer and dryer in the condo which was helpful. The condo is gated and we didn’t have trouble coming and going. The condo was also very clean and tastefully decorated.The condo is right across the street from Seven Seas beach, although we preferred Monserrate beach in Luquillo. We went to two restaurants near the condo, both within walking distance and enjoyed those. There is also a nature reserve across the street with a paved walking trail which we liked. Fajardo was a good location for us to do a snorkeling excursion to Icacos (via East Island Excursions), Luquillo beach, El Yunque, ferry to Culebra and Old San Juan. There are lots of grocery stores near by that are nice.Thanks for sharing your place, Patricia!

Great stay - Child Friendly

We enjoyed our stay at Plama vista. The appartment had plenty of space, the kitchen was in good shape for cooking, it was clean, and provided good amenities (A/C and pool). The location is superb with a 1 minute walk to the beach. We had a 1.5 year old and this was perfect between the beach and pool access.

March Seven Seas

Great location close to activities. The beach has a walking path to additional natural beaches with great views and wildlife. Air conditioning in bedrooms only is sufficient for the entire property. Three grocery stores and other shops are close by for cooking meals in the very well equipped kitchen. No power outages took place at all during our week stay. A rental car is a must if you want to go to activities in the surrounding area. Roads are well maintained and it is easy to drive in this area and to and from the airport.Check in was a bit of a challenge and the property listing did not include accurate amenities; however, that has since been updated based on feedback. Bring your own shampoo and trash bags and there is no hot-tub or grill at this property. Overall a great place to stay with family.

Great place, right by nice beach

The place was exactly as advertised. Spacious, nice kitchen, right across the street from a great beach. The pool was small but nice. Walkable to a bunch of restaurants/food stalls. Close drive to the supermarket. Only problem was the roosters! In our apt, they started crowing every night at 3:30am so if you're sensitive to that, watch out, it was a bit rough to sleep.

Caribbean Paradise

We Had trouble getting the gate to open upon arrival. The people behind us finally let us in. 2nd time, the remote for the gate didn’t work. That was frustrating as three of our four were sick. Again, somebody finally let us in. It would be nice if there were some dish towels in the kitchen and wash cloths. But overall, this is a great place to stay with the beautiful view from the deck where we’d have coffee every morning. Some excellent eating places nearby. We would stay again.

Great stay in well equipped Fajardo condo!

Really nice unit with well equipped kitchen, bathrooms and balcony. Beautiful view of nice small mostly deserted pool and the sand and sea. The ability to wash and dry clothes was awesome. Very comfortable with fans, AC provided in bedrooms. Patricia was super responsive and patient with my last minute texting about check in. We highly recommend this well located condo!

Great place

This was a great location for our first trip to Puerto Rico. Walk to seven seas, hike to playa Escondido. Close to rainforest adventure, bioluminescent kayaking and snorkeling. Found several great restaurants close by. The condo was very spacious for our family of 5, and extremely clean. Possibly cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. The only negative was hearing the roosters at night but I think this is everywhere. We would stay here again,

Comfortable and homey beachside condo

My family and I greatly enjoyed staying here and having it as our home base during our trip. The condo was clean with comfortable furnishings inside and out — the bistro table and chairs on the balcony were perfect for taking in views of the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and had basically everything we needed. There was a cupboard with spices, sugar, cooking spray, oatmeal, and some other staples. We appreciated having access to a washer and dryer. There was a laundry basket and laundry detergent available which was a plus. One of the best parts of this property is how close it is to the beach! You cross the street and you’re but a few shorts steps to the water. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the condo had several beach chairs and other beach items (mats, beach towels, toys, and cooler) we could use. The condo is also a short walk from the Reserva Natural de Las Cabezas de San Juan, which I highly recommend visiting and taking a tour of. Patricia was very responsive and helpful. We had some trouble checking in at the gate and she quickly responded to our texts and made sure we were able to get in. She answered all of our questions and responded to messages in timely manner. We had a lovely time and would happily stay here again.

We can't say enough about how gracious Patricia was to us. We landed right before a tropical storm Ernesto (which ended up being a hurrincane) and unfortunately the power to the entire area was knocked out for an indefinite amount of time. Patricia communicated with us throughout the entire process and was beyond generous to us with having to cancel the rest of our time in Fajardo and move more inland. We are hoping to book again at the property sometime soon. The condo was spotless and had everything our family needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you, from the Torres Family.

Look no further!!!

Wow what a wonderful place to stay! From the beach across the street and the amenities the condo offered, Patricia’s place blew away our expectations! Restaurants are close by, the beach is across the street, and it’s close to grocery stores! The condo had everything we could have needed plus more! The grounds were clean and well maintained. My family had such great things to say about the property. They really have a nice place here! Only downfall was having one gate opener (that we could find) so it was sometimes inconvenient if our group separated at times to get in and out (minor details). 10/10 will stay again if we are in Fajardo!!

Perfect for my family

The 3 bedroom condo was clean and had everything we could imagine. The beach was right across the street perfect for snorkeling. We like the fact that it wasn’t too touristy but close to Old San Juan. Great local restaurants. We recommend La Cueva Del Mar. Patricia was very nice and prompt. My family of six ranging from 12-28 Years old all had a great time.

Your home away from home

It's all about the details. This experience was top tier. Lovely place in a lovely location. Host made sure our stay was wonderful. The binder made stay and check out easy. It is a gold mine of local info. I would 100% stay there again.

Could not have been better!!

This was an awesome stay!! Location was great!! Located right across from the beach and super close to good restaurants and marinas Very few places on the island will give you the amenities that are accessible within a short distance of this place if what you are looking for is a great beach retreat. We will definitely book this condo for our next trip next year!!
