Live Tropical like a local , El Yunque Rainforest View, Mountain View

The Pink house is clean, cozy, and comfortable. It is well localized which makes it easily to explore all the nearby attractions and have the house at your disposal for freshening up, preparing meals, and resting comfortably. Stocked kitchen and bathrooms, including pots, pans, linens and towels. At your arrival you will see a lock box at door just punch in code that will be provided to you before your stay and from there you have the front door, walk into living room, open dining room and kitchen, hallway to bedroom on right, bathroom on left, master bedroom and bath at back of house with door to back yard. A walk in closet within the master bedroom has been converted to a bedroom with a full sized bed. A Pack N Play is also available.

A private patio just off the kitchen, facing East, allows you to grill out and dine outside, sunbathe, or swing in a hammock. Clothesline is there for drying beach towels or laundered clothes.

Beautiful and creative handmade art and jewelry made from sea glass and ocean finds throughout the house are available for purchase.

Family Time

The house is small so you will run into family members. Open floor plan for kitchen, dining and living rooms encouraged us to interact and just shoot the breeze. Good location so everyone's number one activity could easily be reached.

Perfect Quiet and beautiful location

The property was very clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need if you are visiting PR. The location was good as well since it is close to the rainforest and traveling to Ceiba or San Juan is less than an hour by car. And the house felt so homey and had an amazing view!

Good location close to beaches & El Yunque

We stayed at The Pink House for 12 nights and were very happy with the location. It’s only a mile from route 3, about 15 minutes from our favorite beach and 10 minutes from the turnoff to El Yunque. The house is very nice, clean with new bathrooms and kitchen. The beds are comfy & the showers are great with plenty of hot water. There’s a small Weber tabletop grill that works well when hooked up to a gas tank. There was an empty tank that we filled & we cooked on the grill many evenings. Outside the house there are great views of the mountains. The raised patio in the back yard is large & excellent to sit on and enjoy the views. You get to the patio by walking around on either side of the house to the backyard. There is a back door in the main bedroom that goes out to a wide ledge, but the steps down to the backyard are missing. We liked sitting on the patio except when the next-door neighbor blasted his music very loudly on several occasions. That’s when we went inside & turned on the A/C!

Wonderful place

Peaceful and Relaxing

The hosts were wonderful and helpful. We were given very clear instructions for our arrival and drive to the property. (Do not be put off by some of properties at the bottom of the hill we never had any issues) They have given a lot of thought to the small details such as leaving Coffee, Creamer and sugar and items you may need on arrival. There is a cupboard with many useful items if you want to cook. I loved the large white clean towels and beach towels. The beds were comfy, and pillows were all good. Loved all the colors of the rooms. I really liked how at home you feel as soon as you walk in. You really get the feeling that someone cares about you and wants you to relax and enjoy. We loved sitting in the back in the mornings with our coffee and in the evenings with a glass of wine, it was so peaceful and relaxing. View is outstanding. There are beach chairs which you can take to the many beaches which are very close to the property. The El Yunque rainforest is so close and is so beautiful. If you are going, go early as they limit the number of cars entering. Recommend Ekelekua for breakfast it was awesome. We also had a fabulous dinner at Don Pepe. Do be careful if you have a rental car PR is full of potholes and the road leading up to the property at night can be tricky! We LOVED our stay and were sorry to leave. I really wish other hosts would put in as much effort! Thank You.

Nice property

Clean, spacious and a reasonable price. Locating the property is a bit tricky if you arrive at night, however the owners provided coordinates to find it. Will recommend and return when I visit.

The pink house never disappoints

This was our second time staying in the pink house. The last time was pre Covid and there were some very nice upgrades that had been done since we had been there last. Everything we needed very clean and well equipped. We will be back.

Lovely place to stay!

This property was very adorable and comfortable and suited our needs very well. It was very clean and well appointed in ways that went above and beyond. Beautiful, centrally located non-touristy area (a plus for us), gorgeous view from the back yard, and we loved the outside living space. Hosts lovely to work with as well. Don’t hesitate to stay here, I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Lovely stay

This was the perfect place for our family of four to spend our Christmas vacation. The house was clean and well-supplied with lots of extras such as beach towels, mosquito spray, kitchen spices, and more. We loved the brightly colored, well-decorated rooms. Getting to enjoy fresh from the tree starfruit was an extra treat. The backyard views of the rainforest were incredible. Hosts were extremely communicative and willing to help.

Beautiful house with beautiful views!

This house is situated perfectly near el yunque national forest and the beach in Luquillo. The house has an amazing view of the forest in the backyard. It’s a short drive to the town of Luquillo where you can relax at the beach and also a short drive to el yunque national forest. It’s a quiet neighborhood and we were able to get good nights sleep. The hosts were great as they were very communicative and responsive to any questions. They also had a chalk board with recommendations on the wall at the pink house which was really helpful! I 10/10 recommend this place.
