A comfty beach studio minutes away from amazing beaches and our tropical rainforest. The property has a memory foam queen size bed, air conditioner, full kitchen and dryer\washer. Flat screen forty inch tv with Netflix and Hulu included, free Wifi. The condominium has ample free parking out front with 24 security at the gate and lobby area. It is located across the beautiful Playa Azul beach with beach chairs included in the apartment.

Spectacular views, clean, secure, quite and convenient to beautiful beaches and El Yunque National Forest. The host provided us with written instructions and area recommendations along with beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, cooler and boogie boards. Would recommend bathroom towel bars, hooks or cabinet for storing clothes.

Waking up to ocean views and falling asleep to the sound of waves—pure paradise. The view was stunning, and the beach right across the street made it even more special—quiet, clean, and never crowded, unlike San Juan. The area was peaceful, with a few breakfast spots just a short walk away. The condo was perfect for two, beautifully decorated, and cozy, with the sweetest security staff. It’s about 45 minutes from San Juan, but close to Carabalí Rainforest Park, the kioskos a many excursions. We can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo and the experience was pleasant. We were however surprised to find that the unit is actually a studio (no seperate bedroom), but it was still good. Available on-site parking was good and secure. Restaurants and grocery store are within walking distance. We were unable to access local TV channels, but we were able to see movies on Amazon Prime since we have a subscription. Checkin and checkout were very smooth and the host was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Beautiful view of Azul Beach from condo balcony. Pool was also very nice, plus nearby restaurants & bars. Short drive or 20 minute walk to Luquillo beach. Would recommend bringing eye mask since the curtains do not block out the early morning light.

Great Studio with a View

The location was great for what we wanted to do. The condo is literally on the beach and the view is awesome inside or on the balcony. The host was super responsive and has a great welcoming guide. The condo was well furnished with beach chairs, towels, and laundry supplies. Would definitely stay again.

The property is exactly as described. The best part is the balcony with priceless views of the sea and sunrise. The building is safe, very convenient location, close to shops and right at the beach. The beach is beautiful and calm. Communication with the owner was excellent! I would gladly recommend a stay at this charming studio to everyone.

Great location! Great view!

This condo is easy to find off the main road, and has an incredible ocean view. It's the perfect size for a couple. Close to the rainforest and other beaches. You can walk to the market (which also has a full bar!). The host was very responsive and helpful.

Paradise

This property is on the beach with amazing views. So relaxing listening to the crashing waves and feeling the ocean breeze. Condo is small without a lot of amenities but I would stay here again, can’t beat the price, not even a one minute walk to a gorgeous beach, across from a cute market and a wonderful bakery that serves all day. Quiet condo close to rain forest, and some great restaurants but quiet location

Exactly as Promised!

Our stay here was perfect! Everything was as described. The condo was a little smaller than the pictures made it seem, which meant the air conditioner kept the whole place cool! The view was to die for and you can hear the sound of the waves perfectly from your room, which made for great sleeping. The location was perfect for accessing all the beaches, visiting the kiosks for amazing food, doing a Bioflourescent Bay tour and exploring El Yunque. After exploring the area, we know we found the best place and certainly hope to return!!

Better Than A Hotel

My husband and I stayed in a high rise condo that was like a hotel. Our balcany had a view of the beach. The back of the highrise had a pool for grown ups and underground pool that was two feet for children. We loved our stay! We felt safe and welcomed by the gated community and the check in desk. We could park wherever we wanted. We would love to stay here again the next time we come to Puerto Rico!

Perfect place for a couples getaway

We stayed five nights here from 4/8-4/13/24. Communication from Rafael was great. Check in instructions came exactly as promised. He even sent an informative web based guide with suggestions to local restaurants, etc. The condo itself was exactly as advertised. Clean and comfortable. There is 24 hour security (you have to check in with them upon arrival-i missed that part in the instructions). The property is gated and there is plenty of parking. There is a pool area onsite and the beach is right out the back gate of the property. The view from the balcony is second to none. We will definitely be back. I cannot recommend this property and Rafael enough. 10/10

Fantastic view and a great location for visiting the east region of PR. Overall, it was a great experience, but it could have been better. For example, some stains are on the sofa, and there is a large seam on the front door. The refrigerator could also be upgraded. It would also be nice to have a boogie board. The beach in front of the apt is a great place for boogie boarding.
