Wonderful home to stay in! Our whole family had an amazing time. Our host made sure everything was perfect. They went above and beyond for all our needs. It was such a relief to be able to come home each day and be able to relax from all our days activities. We would definitely come back and will recommend to others. Truly magical….

Place was impeccably clean and fantastic for families. Loved the three beds in one room to put all the kids. The hosts were very responsive and welcoming. Area was more urban than expected but we really enjoyed our stay.

This is the 3rd time we have visited the Island and I have stayed at a Different VRBO each time in search of one that mets all of our needs - this place did it! We will stay here again next visit. The Host were great, always responsive and only wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. Location is near Outlet malls, and less than 30 minute's to airport. There are also multiple beaches within 30 minute's. The pool was great! At other places we had to leave the condo and walk to a shared pool - but with this house it is on the back patio with a wall of glass windows so i can watch my kids in the pool from the comfort of inside with AC. The AC is also in both rooms and living area. You can also see the ocean from the patio where the pool is. Hands down, I would recommend this place.

Wonderful Stay! Would Highly Recommend!

My family recently stayed at this house and it was absolutely perfect - exactly what we were looking for! It was very clean and had all the amenities! What made this stay even more memorable were the owners. They were unbelievably helpful, kind and always quick to communicate. They even provided directions to nearby grocery stores, gave recommendations of local places to go sightseeing and were so helpful with any questions we had. The hosts, Evelyn and Angel, went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. My family looks forward to returning again in the near future!

Puerto Rico Countryside

Angel and Evelyn were very helpful throughout our stay. Communication was excellent. The interior of the home was well kept and clean. It was nice to have the patio area to grill. Our kids loved having the pool table inside.

If you like to stay at a very exquisite property within close proximity to beautiful beaches, bordering the rain forest, and an over whelming quality of restaurants. This is the location for you. The owners are very caring, understanding and go out of their way to ensure your comfort. All the comforts of home and more are provided. They will advice and assist in any way possible to ensure your comfort and enjoyment. Excellent communications with the owners.Photos and description provide true value to the property. It was a pleasure for us to stay here as we have stayed at other properties throughout Puerto Rico in the past few years. Looking forward to coming here again.

We had an incredible vacation in Puerto Rico. Angel and Evelyn were the best hosts. They house was easy to find, super clean, and a perfect fit for our family of 5. They helped us with suggestions of where to go and things to do, with questions regarding the house and area. They genuinely wanted us to have the best time and encouraged us to teach our to them. Our 3 boys ( 16-20) really enjoyed to outdoor pool area and the billards table. It was nice to have those options between excursions. The house was located in an area where we could do tours in the rainforest, visit the beach, do a snorkel tour, and there are plenty of places to grocery shop and eat. The neighborhood is charming with dogs, chickens, horses, birds, iguanas, and lizards roaming. All the people we encountered were friendly and kind. Not always the case when your a tourist. We hope to come back to Puerto Rico and will stay with Angel and Evelyn, for sure. They treated us like friends. We can see why people love coming to Puerto Rico. This was one of our best vacations. Thank you, Angel and Evelyn, for your hospitality, kindness, and help.

Beautiful experience!

The house was perfect for me and my family. We really enjoyed our stay from the moment we walked in until we left. Had all the amenities that we were looking for. Very clean! The pool was amazing, beds were comfortable. Hosts were great and always responded quickly to my questions.

Great home off the beaten path

My family of four greatly enjoyed our stay at Casa Estancias del Sol! It is clean, comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood but yet close enough to many attractions including El Yunque. Not to mention Angel and Evelyn are wonderful hosts, very quick to respond and will take good care of you! I love that instead of throwing your food away when you leave they donate it locally!

Safe & Secure & Great Location

Many families wonder if it is safe to venture outside of San Juan, this is the house for you in Rio Grande. We felt extremely safe. This home is close to beaches, Walmart, pharmacy, grocery stores, food trucks (with such good food),Family Adventure Park, National Forest, and Old San Juan is just 30 minutes away. The airport is 30 min away. The home is centrally located for many activities. The home is 50 min from the ferry. We had a four year old and she could handle the driving to and from activities. It is just a very safe place for a family. The host are supportive, answer questions, and reply in timely manner. Information is given to help. They are very understanding and sweet. We pretty much just texted each other as needed. The home is super clean. The pool was very much enjoyed by family and a bonus for privacy. We also loved knowing that any food left was going to church to help homeless. We did use the kitchen for breakfast and lunch which was perfect. We experienced more culture in Rio Grande. We even saw wild horses, iguanas, a gecko, and two parrots by the beach. We loved being out of San Juan for adventure and family fun! Many memories! Our older children - loved this home. We were worried they would want the San Juan atmosphere, but they both loved the experiences of the culture. I am a school teacher and my husband is a DARE officer so we understand searching for safe and affordable vacation time. We would visit Puerto Rico again and want to stay in this home.

Great house for family

A great home for myself, my wife, and our 2 teenage sons. The neighborhood was away from places but as we went through the week we realized it was nicely placed between the city area of San Juan and the Rainforest and beaches area so we were never driving too far to either. Having a pool and pool table was a nice treat for our family.

Love Love Love

We loved the home, it was amazing. Had everything we could ask for our son passed away in april and him and my youngest always played pool so as soon as we seen the pool table we knew this was the house. The owners are the nicest and on our last night they warmed my heart with asking to leave any food we didn’t use for the homeless that they donate it to the locals. That’s amazing! Recommend this home and host 1000 percent! Thank you for such an amazing stay.

Absolutely Stunning

Just book this home you will not regret it! Its worth every cent and then some! By far my favorite rental ever! I will be back! Finding the home was simple following Evelyn's instructions. We opened the door to an extra special welcoming, Evelyn decorated for my daughters 15th birthday! I mentioned in my booking request we were coming to PR for her birthday. The home is inviting, extra clean and smelled devine! Soft music playing and the air was good and cool. Theres plenty of dishes, cooking supplies and even some spices. A cute little coffee corner set up too. Cold water. Waiting in the fridge as well. The home is maintained extremely well and theres ample amount of supplies for cleaning. Theres laundry detergent in the basket and extra towels too. The beds are comfortable and cozy. The pool table and games were a big hit. The pool area is designed beautifully! There's color changing lights, waterfalls and a bluetooth speaker out there! It makes for a great evening. Pool floats, sunblock and life jackets are provided. There's also a grill on deck. I honestly cannot say enough about this home, Evelyn and her husband rent out their home for the beautiful memories you create in their space. The moment you walk through that door you will realize your vacation and time spent there is more important to them than the money. They stopped by on our last night there to thank us for our stay. They are delightful! And always available if needed!

Amazing house

This house was perfect! Clean and exactly as described! Hosts even left a bottle of champagne upon our entry! Linens and towels available for use. Condiments along with all kitchen appliances and dinnerware available! Check in was a breeze and communication with the hosts was even easier! Thank you Evelyn & Angel!
