Come to Puerto Rico, our goal is your comfort. We offer our guests a spacious, very comfortable stay with three renovated bedrooms, a large dining room, living room and a full kitchen. Ideal for a family vacation, each bedroom has a full sized mattress, a powerful air conditioning, a closet and a night table. There is also a cool outdoor front porch.

This property has two apartments with separate entrances.
Parking is on- street for this unit.

Located 10 minutes from all the familiar stores and restaurants at Plaza Del Sol, which include a movie theater, Chili`s, Walmart, Longhorn Steak House and at least a dozen local restaurants and eateries in the area for rice and beans and local food. You will also be approximately half an hour from Old San Juan, Condado Beach area, El Trolley Beach, Casa Bacardi, and much more. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions. Our goal is your comfort.

A Security Camera is located at the door of this apartment for safety and precaution.

Parking space is available on-street and directly in front of the home.

We would like our guests have a wonderful experience. The owner and manager of this house are available to answer any questions and to ensure that you have a comfortable stay.

Peaceful, quiet neighborhood located half and hour from local attractions, 10 minutes from shopping malls and familiar restaurants and 5 minutes away from local foods. Close to local hospitals and Puerto Rico`s main highway.

If you don`t have a car, Uber is a convenient and affordable way to get around.

Self Check-in:
Check yourself in with the lockbox. Please book and reserve the night before if you are arriving early in the morning to ensure that it`s not unavailable when you arrive. Regular check-in is at 4:00pm.

Entire home:
You will have entire Unit A for yourself.

Parking in the driveway in front of the big iron gates is reserved for UNIT B

Todo estaba bien y cómodo muchos lugar serca como mall,hospitales,fast food,laundry, supermercado,etc,la casa equipada con lo básico,el área de donde está ubicada la casa tranquila,de verdad que nuestra estancia fue agradable,lo único que voy a decir y que no lo tomen a mal es que le den más mantenimiento de limpieza a los aire y abanicos de la casa,de lo demás como dije excelente y la comunicación con la anfitriona excelente,volveríamos a quedarnos ahí gracias

Clean and responsive

The house was clean and the owner was very responsive and resolve our issues promptly. Rooms were comfortable. The only issue was water pressure but that is not on the property but the water company.

Peaceful and clean

I want to thank the host Elicia for having a very accomodating amd comfortable home. I was primarily there to care for my elderly father (97 yo). It was the closest location to his home. His place already had visitors. The family had an emergency with the baby (16 months old) and Elicia was able to accommodate for two additional days of stay. It was a pleasure having to stay at her location. We enjoyed the fact that everyone was comfortable. We did what we could for my father who was surprised to see all of us. There is one recommendation that I would give Elicia. There is planters box on the front porch with no plants. The cats in the area have been using it as a litter box. Try to place plants that will deter them from using it (Rosemary or Lavender). The odor would come into the dinning room. Overall a great experience. Cleanliness exceptional. Tranquility of mindset was successfull for me. Thank you and God Bless. Marisol

La casa es amplia y muy cómoda. Perfecta para una familia grande. Cocina bien equipada. La casa tiene otro apartamento por el área de la marquesina. El estacionamiento es en la calle frente a la casa pero no tuvimos ningún inconveniente.

Good Rental

Property is pretty much as advertised. A poor part of town (Bayomon - many businesses are still shut down) but the house neignborhood was good. And the location was great for someone interested in areas of Puerto Rico other than the San Juan Historical area. If you are visiting the Islands distilleries - Ron Del Barrilito is also in Bayamon, and San Juan (Ron Pepon) and Bacardi are on either side. Property is very neat, bedrooms had a/c. Pretty well equiped kitchen for someone who likes to eat some meals at home as we did. Outside street parking; but plenty of it and it seemed safe. Will rent again.

Perfect for what we needed.

Safe neighborhood. Great communication and very fast response time. Check in and check out so easy and convenient. Friendly owner. I did not meet in person but was just a call away for any questions. A/c in all bedrooms. Living area no ac but with fan and screens area cooled down. Simple home but everything you need for a couple day stay for yourself or family. Did I mention affordable too. Friends of ours stayed at the Hyatt for two days which was what we paid for a week for very comfortable living. Great location and easy to get to making it very convenient. Quiet neighborhood. Favorite part was the veranda. The table and chairs so relaxing. We had breakfast out there almost everyday. I’d like to request a hammock for our next stay please ;).
