We love Ocean Park and Casa de Cacique 2260 in particular. The apartment is so comfortable and well-furnished. The owners have taken great care and paid much attention to detail to make this apartment a haven for your time in Ocean Park.

Welcome to trendy and happening Ocean Park, located in the center of San Juan, Puerto Rico, near the best Hotels and Casinos. The beach is walking distance away.
Ocean Park has numerous cafes and restaurants, the best pubs, and hangouts in the city. Bus stops and taxis are easy to find near the house on McLeary Avenue. The house covers all your needs while offering a breezy retreat from it all. If you're driving, there is quick access to the expressway, which is just a 15-minute drive to the airport, a 10-minute drive to the old city, and a 4-minute drive to the mall.
Beautifully decorated in Mediterranean style, the apartment offers comfort and style with comfy beds, plush pillows, and fluffy towels. A full-size bed in the bedroom comfortably fits two guests. The open-style kitchenette is equipped with the basics. The Ocean Park beach provides plenty of play areas for kids and adults.

Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, including the living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. You can relax and enjoy all the amenities provided during your stay. The apartment is private, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful stay.

In addition to the apartment, guests are welcome to use the communal terrace located at the back of the property, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or unwinding after a day at the beach.

For your convenience, coin-operated washer and dryer facilities are on-site, available for guest use at $3 each.

Guests can enjoy the ease of keyless entry for self-check-in, allowing for flexible arrival times and a hassle-free experience.

Parking is available on the street, with spaces typically easy to find.
Other things to note
This house is near Ocean Park, and only guests will be allowed there. Please let us know if you have friends or family visiting. Visitors are only allowed to stay at the house if paying, and you need to inform us before anybody stays so we can grant permission in writing and charge additional guest fees.
The house is in the heart of Ocean Park, just three blocks from the beach and five minutes from Kasalta Bakery, which is in the heart of the action.

Late Check-out: We offer late check-out at $15 per hour. This allows you to extend your check-out time from 11 AM to 2 PM. However, an extra day will be charged if you need an extension beyond 2 PM.

I truly wanted to enjoy my stay at this VRBO property, but unfortunately, I encountered issue after issue from the moment I arrived. What's more, my attempts to resolve these problems with the host were met with unresponsiveness and broken promises. Firstly, upon arrival, I was informed by a cleaning lady (who just happened to be on-site) that the specific room I had booked was not ready. Without her presence, I would have had no idea, which was concerning. Once settled, the problems continued. The Wi-Fi was completely non-functional for the duration of my stay. This was a significant inconvenience, as I had specifically planned to work during my trip. I messaged the host multiple times about this critical issue, and each time he lied, saying he would look into it, but nothing was ever done. Even more disturbing, I found roaches in my room. Adding to the discomfort, the water coolant system was dripping onto me while I was trying to sleep. The lack of cleanliness was also a major concern. I discovered hairs that were not mine both in the bed and inside the shower, which is simply unacceptable. Overall, this was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. The combination of numerous property issues and an unresponsive, dishonest host made for a terrible stay. I absolutely cannot recommend this property based on the significant problems I encountered with communication, cleanliness, basic amenities, and the host
