Open arriving a driver/property manager from the property picked us up from the airport but was not friendly or helpful. We had to search for him with assistance from others. Once at the apartment after following the instructions for entry from property management we were unable to enter. After 45 minutes of trying, messaging and videoing and being told by the manager that he had appointment and could not return to assist. We figured out several steps missed in the instructions. When we finally got in the cleanliness was lacking. The refrigerator had mold growing in it, bathroom floors were dirty. I notified the host of issues and the response was quick and sincere. They were kind enough to refund 20% for our trouble.
