• For those with a vehicle, we offer 2 free dedicated parking spaces in the backyard. Additional yard and roadside parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• This house has three parts, upper level, lower level and guest house. Everything included, except the guest house (tenant stays in the guest house, it is a separate unit /w separate entry).
• Each part has its own separate entrance and all three parts are not interconnected.

Additional Notes:
The Dryer is currently Out of Service in the Downstairs Unit

Guest Access:
You will have private access to the entire upper and lower levels of the home. A few closets and cabinets are locked for storage, but the rest of the space is yours to enjoy. The two units are not interconnected internally.

Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you've visitors, and additional guests fees applies.

Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.

Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.

We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 8 guests, $25 per person, per night.
