Beautiful Studio & new remodel Bathroom. Very clean and safe. The Studio has one Queen bed & one sofa bed with separated entrance.
This studio very closed distance to many different things that: VN Town, San Jose downtown, Avaya stadium, SJSU, SAP center, Santa Clara University & San Jose Airport, Santana Row, Valley Medical Center and San Jose City College are all within a 10-20 min drive.
Perfect for guests who are travelling for work, as well as families travelling for vacation!
5min to highway 280, 101 and 680.
Self check in by Keypad after 3pm.
The 55" Smart TV in your bedroom also has access to Netflix, Youtube.

Okay place

Decent place for a dog friendly, quick stay and close to the highway headed south. Would not stay here more than one night. The place was lacking kitchen supplies and we were only given 1 towel. There were no hand towels around either. When I asked the host for another towel we did not receive a response so I had to go to target and buy my own. The backyard was a plus for the dog but was very messy and really had no space for her to play or go to the bathroom. Overall it was a fine place for one night but is really only compatible for a single person

Great place!

My mom and I stayed here while in San Jose watching my son play lacrosse. It was very central to where we needed to go. We walked the neighborhood a few times and there are some parks near by. The place was clean, spacious, bed was comfortable and the hosts were lovely! I would absolutely stay there again as it was perfect for what I needed.

convenient barebones converted garage

Converted garage with backyard entrance. Room was clean with large fridge, sink and microwave - essentially a hotel room. Backyard has lots of fruiting plants and toys for young kids. We counted 19 stray cats in the neighborhood! Lots of hole in the wall taco places nearby.

nice location

Quiet location central to the places I wanted to visit. I loved the warm feeling of the interior details which were thoughtful but not overdone. It is not handicap accessible as there is a step over between the kitchen and living room And stepup into the bathroom which should be on the listing. I can see the yard may be a pleasant spot during fIr weather but is id mid winter so I did not explore . I had slight problem with internet but communication with owner was quickly responded to and problem resolved ! Price and parking were perfect Would stay again if in the area.

For short stays only

Tung place is great for a weekender, must have a car or Ubers fr this place to downtown range btw $14 and $28 one way. It’s not built for someone working longer than a week. the neighborhood has lots of cats they are everywhere but they are not violent. Good place to chill if your going to have a good time as long as you don’t mind not having something’s it’s a kick back studio.

Property was a nice size and included a kitchen which was nice. Bathroom was very nice. Unfortunately it could definitely have been cleaner. Also not the most glamorous neighbourhood.

Cute place

This little studio was cute. It’s the converted garage of this house. If you’re not one who needs fancy digs, then this place would be perfect. Comfy bed, nice shower, small kitchenette, and a big tv.The check in process was simple once we realized that you have to walk through the gate to the backyard to access the property. The neighborhood isn’t the best.

For the price, it was satisfactory

We enjoyed our stay, the location was close to family. Very clean. We were very uncomfortable with the bed and futon.
