The Space:

The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and 24-hour security personnel.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms



The condo accommodates up to four guests within its two sumptuously appointed bedrooms.

The main bedroom is a sanctuary of relaxation, featuring a comfortable king-sized bed and a spacious walk-in closet. It also features a large slider door that provides direct access to the balcony, allowing guests to wake up to the breathtaking ocean vista. It has an ensuite bathroom equipped with a large walk-in shower adorned with glass walls and a dual vanity for added convenience.

The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and ample closet space, complemented by a large window that frames the complex's lush landscaping, adding a touch of nature's tranquility to the room.

Each bedroom is outfitted with blackout shades, ensuring guests can enjoy restful sleep at any time of day.

A second bathroom mirrors the luxury of the first, with a spacious walk-in shower and elegant vanity.

The adjacent dining area, with its comfortable chairs and inviting ambiance, is perfect for savoring meals with loved ones. You will also be able to enjoy meals on the private balcony at the table with seating for 4.

Rules



• Only guests who have their name on the reservation are allowed on the property – guests may not receive outside visitors.

• Wristbands provided at the time of check-in must be worn at all times while on complex grounds.

• Occupancy may not exceed 4 guests.

• No excessive noise after 10:00 PM.

• No events or parties.

• Smoking is not permitted.

• Pets are not allowed on the property.

• No diving or jumping into the pool.

Guest Access:

The property and all its amenities are available to everyone in your traveling group. You will be issued a wristband upon checkin. Please wear it for the duration of your stay as it is your access to the pool, gym, games area, gym, and other shared amenities of the complex.

Interaction with Guests:

Upon checkin, Security will issue each member of your party a wristband. Only guests with wristbands have access to the complex. You cannot invite someone not in your traveling partner to the complex.
