Communication with the owner and the care taker was very easy. It has everything we needed for our short stay. The price is lower compared to the other units in the same place. The place is very clean and conveniently located near the event place for my son's graduation. It is also near SM and Robinsons. Even though we didn't have our own car, we called the receptionist or guard and they quickly got a tricycle for us so we can go to the mall. We used the pool which my daughter enjoyed especially the wave pool. There is a 200 pesos fee per person for using the pool. We also utilized the laundry service. We ordered food through grab when the malls are already closed. Oh and the 7 11 in the second building is my children's favorite spot. We met the care taker when we checked out and she is very courteous and nice. Because their price is very reasonable, my husband wanted us to stay longer because the kids love it. We exended our stay for 1 night, would have stayed longer but the room is already booked. I highly recommend this place and would go back if I want to be in the same area again.
