POOL & LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE
Pool Care:
- Our professional pool contractor services the pool once a week (twice a week during summer).
-Service generally occurs between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM on Wednesdays
- Technicians enter through the side service gate only and do not enter the home.
- Timing may vary slightly due to weather or technician availability, but these visits are required to keep the pool clean, balanced, and safe for your stay.

Pool Cleaners/Vacuums (Important) :
- There are two automatic pool cleaners in the pool, one on the surface and one at the bottom.
- Please do not remove, lift, move, or disconnect any cleaners or hoses.
- A fee of $350 will apply if any cleaner or connection is disconnected or damaged, as this requires a professional repair call.

Landscaping Care:
- Our landscaping team visits on Thursday mornings to maintain the outdoor areas.
- They may briefly enter the yard but will not enter the home.

GAS-HEATED POOL & SPA
- The pool and spa heating can only be activated remotely by the host/property manager.
Guests may not adjust, operate, or attempt to turn on any heating or pool equipment.

Complimentary spa session:
- Stays of 3 or more nights include one time 4-hour spa-heating session, aarranged before arrival or with at least 2 hours’ advance notice

Paid heating options (Airbnb payment only):
- Spa heating: $125 per 4-hour block
- Pool heating: $375 per 14-hour block
(Heating times vary by season: spa 30-45 min, pool 6–10 hours.)
- Heating will only be started once payment is confirmed through Airbnb.
- Last-minute or unpaid requests cannot be accommodated.

Temperatures:
- Spa is heated to 100°F
- Pool is heated to 82°F
- Higher temperatures may be available for an additional fee for energy usage charge.

Pool Cleaner/Vaccum Policy:
- There are two automatic pool cleaners (one on the surface, one at the bottom).

- A $350 fee will apply if the cleaners or their lines are disconnected or damaged.

Safety Notice:
-This pool does not have a 4-sided isolation fence.
-Please supervise all children closely at all times.
- Swimming and use of the pool/spa are at your own risk.

PET POLICY
- Pre-approval required for all animals
- $75 for each pet and up to 2 house broken pets, first pet will be charged by Airbnb, second pet fee payment via Airbnb's "Request Money" before Check-in
- Crate when left unattended
- Keep off all bedding and sofa: bring your own sheets and blankets if needed
- If a pet is brought without permission, a fine of $300 may be charged
