Spacious 6 Bedroom Vacation Home with Waterslide & Heated Saltwater Pool

Experience the best of what San Diego has to offer, complete with a view of the bay and SeaWorld fireworks, all without the noise and crowds found at the beach. This beautiful home features nearly 3,000 square feet of living space in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. Enjoy quality family time in the heated saltwater pool, relax in the jacuzzi after exploring the sights, and have dinner together using the outdoor kitchen.


The house is located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, and is ideal for couples and families. Before booking, please pay attention to San Diego noise ordinance and rules regarding noise and parties to avoid any issues. If your dates are not available, please ask about our other similar property nearby.

You will receive access instructions 24 hours before your stay.

A master bedroom is located downstairs with a king size bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs are three bedrooms with queen bed in each. The upstairs master bedroom has a king size bed, private bathroom and a balcony. The sixth bedroom has a trundle bed and a full-size bunkbed with a balcony off the room. We do have pack n plays, highchairs, umbrella stroller and more if needed. We do not charge for these items but please let us know if you need them so we can assure they are ready for your arrival.

The house has two living rooms, 3 bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen.

The best way to travel in San Diego is by rental car or Uber. We are only 5 to 25 minutes from most attractions.

We do not allow parties or smoking.
Your furry family members are allowed with a pet fee, but we ask that they not be left alone, on the furniture, or in the bedrooms, and we need to know the breed to approve them (for insurance purposes).

  • Small park with great views of San Diego, the skyline, Mission Bay and and the Pacific Ocean. The park is mainly visit by local people with their dogs as we can run free on the large grass area. It’s also nice for just Picknick and watching the views. RV parking was plenty along the curbside inside the park but probably hard to use the turn-back circle on the end of the park for RVs over 30 feet long. We had a fantastic stay at this home in San Diego! The house was spotless on arrival and had plenty of space for our whole family to spread out and feel comfortable. The backyard was truly the highlight—an amazing pool and hot tub that we enjoyed every day, with lots of room for both relaxing and playing. The location was perfect as well—everything we wanted to do was 20 minutes or less away, which made exploring the city so easy. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive, making everything from check-in to check-out smooth and stress-free. This property had everything we needed for a fun, relaxing family trip, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Everything about the house was wonderful! All of the arrangements were easy and the owners, April and Michael, were very helpful and answered any questions we had. It was very well located, clean and attractively furnished. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was also an outdoor grill. There were ample bedrooms and bathrooms for our multi-generational family of eleven. We especially enjoyed using the beautiful pool and jacuzzi (pool towels were provided). The house contributed greatly to our wonderful family reunion in San Diego and I would highly recommend it to any families planning a visit there.

Our recent stay here was truly wonderful! We were in town for a graduation, and this home offered everything we needed, and more. We had a group of 12, ranging in age from 13 to 90, and the space accommodated everyone beautifully and comfortably.All the rooms were clean and cozy, with plenty of space for us to relax. The dining room was perfect for shared meals and game time afterward. The weather was so nice that many of us spent time outside, which the outdoor dining table and bar table with stools were a great bonus too!The pool, waterslide, and hot tub were a huge hit and highlight! We were especially glad the hot tub was available to soothe our sore joints after lots of walking. Simply put, this amenity kept everyone engaged and made the weekend feel extra special.Also, the home was well equipped, and anytime we had a question or request, the host was incredibly responsive, flexible, and accommodating. The host was so kind and responsive, even after our stay, they quickly replied to my messages and allowed me to return to the house to retrieve an item we had forgotten. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and we were mindful to keep things respectful on our end as well.Overall, it was a clean, spacious, and joy-filled stay that helped make our graduation celebration even more memorable. We’re truly grateful! Thank you!

Great for our girls' trip

Beautiful location. Near beaches, close to restaurants and shopping…not walking distance but a short drive away. Saltwater pool, hot tub and slide were a hit for our family! April was responsive and available when needed.

One of the most responsive hosts we've ever had!

Great location (15-30 minutes to every iconic San Diego Thing), quiet neighborhood, and the host was incredibly responsive - sending help right away when the hot tub didn't work and personally getting toys out of storage for our kids when we had some very rainy days that made it hard to be outside. :)

Great stay

Our group stayed at this property from Nov 7-10, 2024. This property is great for accommodating a large group. We especially loved hanging out in the backyard by the firepit (which has great views) as well as sitting in the jacuzzi that can easily fit 8 adults and the seating is very comfortable. When we had any questions for the owner, she was extremely prompt in getting back to me either via text or a call. I highly recommend this property!
