This Two Bedroom, One Bath, OCEANFRONT Property includes PANORAMIC OCEAN VIEWS, A Fully-Equipped Kitchen, Microwave Oven, Dishwasher, Seating For Six, Two Color TV's With Cable, Complimentary High Speed Wired AND Wireless Internet Access, Coin-Operated Laundry Facilities, 24 Hour Onsite Security and Caretaker, Outdoor Heated Pool, Covered Designated Parking for One regular sized Vehicle (parking is available for large vehicles and campers or for an additional vehicle for a $25.00 fee), Spa, Sauna, Barbecues, Elevators and a Rooftop Lanai. There is a Queen-Size Bed in the first bedroom, a Queen bed in the second Bedroom and a Sofa Sleeper in the Living Room. Please be our guests...

Note: Only Mature Adults, their families and guests will be comfortable at the Capri. We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a legal guardian or parent. The Condominium Association has strict rules and prohibits loud parties, hanging items on front railings, throwing items from balconies/railings, feeding birds, etc. Shirts and shoes are required at all times in the main lobby (there is a separate beach/pool entrance). Breach of any rule by occupants or guests of your condo may result in a fine. There is a copy of the Condominium Association rules in your condominium.

This property has amazing views of the ocean and great access to the beach. Walking distance to fun restaurants and bars. The condo itself could use some updating, but overall happy with the place.

Overall comfortable. Problems with lighting. Bedroom with sink had bad lighting. Owner offered to fix but declined until we left. Sinks drain very slow in both bath sinks. The rooftop was amazing but not as pictured. Couldn’t get to lower level patio area and pool is a block away. Elevators really slow and annoying. Many threatened fines and you can’t use stairs. Sofa bed very uncomfortable and furniture had multiple tears and rips.

The location and view was amazing! The condo itself was nice and fully furnished (except there isn't a laundry basket). We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We were however really disappointed that their wasn't a working Sauna, especially since the description states there was one. The worst part of the stay however were the elevators. There was only one working elevator most of the stay and the wait for the elevator was long. The elevator situation is the only thing that would make us think twice about staying there again.

Another great week in San Diego, stayed on Pacific Beach at the Capri by the Sea condo, third time staying with owner of condo. Super nice people, had one issue with the tv remote, they were there within the hour to fix the problem. Great location.

Host was apologetic and provided a refund, but left us scrambling to find alternative accommodations. It’s actuality hilarious that I get a “how was your stay” email after it was cancelled last minute. Do better. There needs to be some sort of guarantee that doesn’t impact the renter with no impact to your company or the host.

This place is a 1 bedroom turned into 2 with only 1 barhroom. And being charged 2 bedroom price ( which is 1100 sq feet ) No worries will only book through capri by the sea
