This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom beachfront ground unit accommodates up to 4 guests, featuring one level with private entry.

As part of a quadruplex, you will have access to the north lower ground-level unit, a 1-car private carport, and a designated ground-floor patio for your enjoyment.

This home is located in the prime, high-density neighborhood of Central Mission Beach. This seaside town boasts 5 miles of waterfront boardwalk, lined with trendy shops and restaurants. One of the best places on Mission Beach!!This unit was amazing and a great place for my wife and I to stay for a long weekend. You can't find a better location for relaxing and visiting the beach. Having the beach chairs and gear available was great.The unit was very clean, with modern furniture and amenities. It's within easy walking distance to numerous restraints and attractions. The king size bed has cozy pillows and was very comfortable. The only very minor downside we experienced is that we could hear the neighbors, in the adjacent unit, talking through the walls from time to time. But this was never a big issue because they followed to the quiet hour rules, and our sleep was never disrupted.This is an excellent place, in an excellent location, and we would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect beachfront unit!

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this beautiful beachfront unit! Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked, furniture was in good shape, and even the beach towels were extra cozy. Thank you for thinking of so many details. There isn’t a thing I would change about this home or its location. We will be back asap!

Decent stay with great views

Overall the location was great and the rental was as advertised. But there were a few items that would prevent me from renting again or recommending. Took me too much back and forth to figure out that the pre links needed to be accessed in an internet server and not from the mobile app. This should have been called out from the owner and not myself after multiple exchanges.There is mention of a partition between the units but discovered that the other unit could not lock from their side so that felt really odd and unsafe to me. I could also hear the other renters the entire stay. Very loudly. I could also hear the renters upstairs pretty loudly so didn’t feel any privacy within my rental unit. Other minor things that impacted my overall satisfaction were minor but just to note. The instructions for the fire pit are taped to the back of it which just took too long to find. None of the ceiling fans worked so it got really stuffy at night and windows are not set up to open safely during the night. I also missed the check out instructions in a pre link but I at least figured out to use a ln internet browser and not app. A suggestion might be to use a QR code like the WiFi which was so great btw. Thanks for the stay!
