We want every guest to have a comfortable, seamless stay. Please review these important details before booking.

UPSTAIRS UNIT

The condo is located upstairs and is accessible by stairs only. There is no elevator in the building.

PARKING

One complimentary designated gated parking space is included. The space is best suited for sedans and smaller vehicles.

EV CHARGING

On-site Level 2 EV charging is available through the Orange Outlet app. Charging fees apply and are paid directly through the app.

Guests must bring their own compatible EV charging cable. A NEMA 6-20 adapter is available upon request. A $50 replacement or damage fee applies if the adapter is not returned in good condition.

PET-FRIENDLY

We welcome pets! Please keep pets off the furniture and follow our pet policies to help maintain a clean and comfortable space for future guests.

QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be considerate of our neighbors.

SECURITY

An exterior Ring security camera is installed for property security. There are no indoor cameras. Please refer to the listing’s safety disclosures for camera details.
