Inside, you'll find two spacious living rooms designed for connection and comfort. One features a large L-shaped couch and a smart TV, perfect for movie nights or relaxing with friends and family. The updated kitchen includes a gas stove, ample counter space, and bar seating, opening seamlessly to the main living and dining areas. A full dining table seats five and looks out to the lush backyard.
Each bedroom offers its own unique character. To the right of the entry, a cheerful and creative space features a daybed that converts to a queen, blackout blinds, closet space, and a small table perfect for crafts, reading, or morning coffee. Just down the hallway, another bedroom includes a queen-size Murphy bed and plenty of natural light. At the end of the hall, the spacious primary suite features a king bed, large closet, and a beautifully updated bathroom with a walk-in shower and a floating vanity. All bedrooms include ceiling fans and additional storage.
Outdoors, the home truly shines. The backyard features a saltwater pool and spa with loungers, ping pong table, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after beach days. The outdoor kitchen includes a barbecue, pizza oven, outdoor fridge, and bar seating. There are no shared spaces with the main residence. They have their own private entrance, a balcony off their kitchen, and a rooftop deck. The backyard is not shared with them.
• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
