Built in Spring of 2015, this home is less than 20 steps to the beach!! Ideally located a short walking distance from the restaurants, bars, and great shopping in Pacific and Mission Beach. The bay is conveniently located just across the street where the Catamaran Resort, Bahia Belle, and available rentals (bike, scooters,boat, and boards). In addition to the beaches, you are just a 5 minute drive to Seaworld, a 10 minute drive to La Jolla/Torrey Pines, and a 15 minute drive to the downtown Gaslamp district, Petco park, Convention Center and Balboa Park and San Diego Zoo.

This beautiful beachhouse has 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom. It is located on the sunny side of a North Mission Beach court. The master bedroom is located on the 1st floor with Cal-King bed, private bathroom with a 40” Smart Flat screen TV and direct access to the patio.
The spacious 2nd floor is complete living and visiting space. The kitchen consists of a fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, full pantry, and a dining table for 6 to 8 guests. On this floor, there is also a full bathroom with tub, and a living room with a convertible queen sofa, and a 60-inch flat screen TV and expansive sliding glass doors that open to a large private covered deck perfect anytime of day.
Two more bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor, with skylights and 32” Smart flat screen TVs in each room. The front bedroom with ocean view and step out balcony has a cal-king size bed, and then the third bedroom has two full beds that include a trundle.
The front patio includes a fire pit for cool evenings and a gas barbecue for cookouts. The private 2-car garage will fit one full size car/suv and one small car (eg. Prius size) and also includes the washer and dryer.
Several amenities including:
-WIFI access in every room, deck and patio
-4 flat screen Smart TV's (Cable, HBO, Netflix) 1 in every bedroom
- beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, 2 beach cruiser bicycles
-outdoor warm shower wash off the sand
- ceiling fans in every room, including the deck
- pack in play, high chair, baby gate and games, books and puzzles for all ages
MAX occupants is 8 adults with 2 children.

COVID cleaning practices:
Self check in -check out process (digital code provided prior to arrival)
Hand sanitizer and anibacterial hand soap is provided.
Cleaning team wears masks and gloves. (particular attention to high touch areas)
All antibacterial disinfectants and cleaners used that are also provided.
All linens are washed and dryed at high heat in between guest stays


This rental is located in a very quiet, high density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter families. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Make sure that you are comfortable with these polices before renting.

Outstanding! I was able to easily communicate with the host. The home was well stocked with beach supplies and towels, although we did not use much of it this trip. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to provide big meals for our crew. The home is literally a 30 second walk to Mission beach! Since I had to work, I noticed the WiFi was wicked fast - something that is rare with VRBO rentals. We had a wonderful time and will definitely re-book the next time we visit San Diego.

The home was immaculately clean and every room and linen was fresh and clean. We enjoyed the sounds of the waves crashing from the patio and master balcony every morning and evening. The sizable garage was great to have in an area where parking is at a premium. The large kitchen and comfy sectional allowed us to relax and enjoy the peace of the quiet neighborhood. My wife appreciated the updated bathrooms on every level of the home. Can’t wait to return! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

This outstanding property has everything in a family would need. The location in San Diego is spectacular with a 10 second walk to the beach. The owners and management group were super helpful and easy to deal with. There are many goodies such as boogie boards and bikes at the house for your use. If you want to stay in San Diego I would never hesitate to stay here. It's great!

This house was perfect for my two teenagers, 20yo, husband and my mom- plenty of rooms and amenities for all ages. Even though this was not on the beach, it provided a great ocean view from upstairs. Super easy to walk to beach and close to anything you could want. The house was fully stocked with dishes, towels, beach, toys, chairs, etc.. I highly recommend and would stay again.

Family Fun

We have been staying down on Mission Beach for many years and this is one the best places we have stayed. The property was clean and exactly how described. The kitchen had everything you would need. The outdoor spaces were great and had plenty of room for everyone to sit. I would definitely rent here again.

Has it all

Great place, walking to so much, had everything you needed for the beach, they thought of everything. Coming from east coast it was great to have all that. Perfect for our family to relax for a week. Erin was great and welcome instructions were perfect.

The perfect place...

We rented this house for a group of us attending a family funeral. Everything was in great order, it has a great layout and it is in easy walking location from some of our favorite spots on the beach. Loved the balcony and open family area. It is best to only have one car, but so nice to have a garage to park in!

Mission Beach

The house was in the perfect location for walking to eat, play and exercise. The beach and board walk was 3 doors down for relaxing and enjoying the sunsets . Anywhere else we needed to go was less than a 20 minute drive. It was great to have our own parking too. We were able to fit a suburban in the garage.

Wonderful stay

Exactly as advertised and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while enjoying the beach. We so appreciated all the beach gear and toys for our toddler. Communication was great with the host.
