Relax as you enjoy views of dolphins playing in the crashing waves along the coastline outside your window! This home offers gorgeous sunset and ocean views from deck, living areas and bedroom. No running down stairs or elevators to get to the sand with this unit, just step outside! And sleep with your windows and doors open, let the sea breeze come in with new European security blinds that also can be set to 'black out' and let you sleep in without the sunny San Diego sun peeping in.

The ideal place to stay in Mission Beach and Pacific Beach areas right on the famous Mission Beach boardwalk just steps to the sand. Beautifully remodeled with newer kitchen appliances and modern cabinetry, newer flooring throughout and offering high quality linens and furnishings. Two parking spaces, high speed internet and cable TV in the living room.

The condo itself is wonderful with a great location. As long as you have no problems during your stay you will be fine. This unfortunately was not our experience. Upon arrival we found a major maintenance project underway for the condo building the block several of the parking spaces including those assigned to the condo we were staying in. We were not notified ahead of the stay that parking would not be available and after contacting the owner she was unable to provide any solution for us. The overnight lot we found was half a mile away and charged 130 per 24hours. The only solution provided by the owner was to cancel. We left after one night and did receive a refund.

You can’t beat this location!! What an amazing place- with two parking spots! Almost unheard of in this area. Great space, big rooms and large couch in living room. Really enjoyed just hanging out on the porch with a gorgeous sunset every night. Easy walking distance to lots of places to eat. The house has just starter pack of items, so ok for a few days but if staying a week I would bring extra. There’s nothing in the fridge but some spices in the cupboard if you need. Would absolutely stay again!

Love this property!

I have spent many years traveling to Mission Beach Pacific Beach area and stayed at many different places. This is my new favorite place to stay! This property is perfectly located. It’s adorable inside. It’s right on the boardwalk so close to some great restaurants and shops. The property manager was super accommodating for us, you won’t find a better spot!

Lovely place. Great location. Loved that it had two convenient parking spots. Comfy couches to watch the Vegas Golden Knights playoff game on cable tv..while looking out at the ocean.

Wonderful beachfront condo

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 to enjoy a spring break getaway. It has all the amenitities you need paired with a perfect view of the ocean. Good food and Belmont parik are all within walking distance.

Perfect location!

Staying on the boardwalk, view of the ocean, amazing people watching, close to coffee and breakfast, pizza and more. It’s a beautiful space, great location and host is so kind, Would love to stay again.

Mission Beach Vacation

This property was adorable and exactly what we had hoped it would be. Perfect location between mission and pacific beaches with easy access to both locations. We would highly recommend this property and plan on returning in the near future.

Great place to stay. Easy walk to restaurants and bars and Mission Blvd. People watching is a 10. The unit was comfortable but the heater in the kitchen was not operable. Kinda cold in there
