"My son and I have stayed here twice. Both times the service was great, housekeeping wonderful. Having the bedroom separate from the kitchen/dining/living areas was great. A 24hr convenience store (OXXO) was just outside the front door, and a large grocery store was four blocks away. Overall, a great place to stay."

"My husband and I came to Puebla for a Spanish immersion course, and stayed in this lovely, well equipped apartment. We enjoyed the central location, near the Zocalo and many fun restaurants. Communication with the host was excellent."

"We rented the place for two days with Expedia and they had overbooked, due to some problems with the platforms (Expedia & Vrbo). The owner was kind and offered our family a upgrade with another apartment that was available (meaning I'm talking about another apartment).The place was gorgeous, and the rooftop terrasse is a real plus! "We experienced Puebla for the first time and this home was the perfect place to stay. The historic nature of the building was what first got us interested. But it has also been updated for modern comfort. Very spacious for a large group, plus it’s walking distance from the center of town. Leobardo was not only very friendly but he was also very responsive. Overall fantastic experience here!"

"The property manager was very nice and communicated often, which was appreciated. However, there were a few things I would’ve preferred had been described further in the property description. To start, it’s not quite in the center of the city. It’s about a 10 to 15 minute car ride. No stove in the kitchen, they did have an electric top. The upstairs bathroom did not flush, and there was ant invasion which was promptly addressed "

"Carlos was great about communication! The apartment is at an excellent location in the heart of Puebla. The apartment is very secure, it has a door that requires a key to get in, followed by a door that requires a code, not to mention that the entrance to the apartment building is locked at night. Not that the extra security is needed, given the heavy police presence, but it is good to have nonetheless."
