Stunning Pool overlooking Golf course with Game room

This beautiful & spacious single-story 4 bdrm home is located in an exclusive upscale, quiet neighborhood. It can fit up to 12 people including families with kids. It is fully equipped, TV with cables, WIFI and washer & dryer and a Pool Table. The backyard is a true gem featuring a stunning in ground pool overlooking the beauty golf course with no rear neighbors, BBQ and comfortable covered patio with lots of space to hang out. Close to restaurants, bars & shopping.

This beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2300sqf house includes beds for 10 people plus a queen air mattress, which is very comfortable, so it can sleep a total of 12 people including families with kids. It is fully furnished & equipped, TV with cables, WIFI and washer & dryer. The primary suite features double closets, and a stunning ensuite with a spacious stone tiled shower, separate vanities and private commode. House also includes a pool table to have fun while home. The backyard is a true gem featuring a stunning in ground pool overlooking the North Hills Golf Course with no rear neighbors and has plenty of private and street parking. It is close to restaurants, bars & shopping.

Right next to the North Hills Golf Course. Convenient to the airport, Loop-1604, I-35, I-410 and Wurzbach Parkway, close to many hot spots including theme parks, shopping, military bases and only a 20 minute drive to downtown's attractions including the Alamo and Riverwalk.

• Check in is at 3pm. No keys are required.
• Checkout is at 10am. No keys are required.
- Early check in & Late check-out might be possible for an additional fee (Please ask for an approval first)

I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 15 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you are here, the house is yours to enjoy and interaction with me is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home and I will send you the access code upon arrival. Once you have settled in, do not forget to check out my list of top recommended sites to enjoy while you are in the Alamo city. I want your stay to be as pleasant as possible so please don't hesitate to contact me via the app.

-Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request.
-Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00.
- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.
- During your stay, I can connect you with recommended high-quality professionals who provide in-home treatments such as massages, facial treatments or private dining with a private chef. Feel free to ask me about it.
- Pool is not heated.
- Pool will be closed due to winter from November 15th until February 5th.
- Hot-tub is in the same temperature as the pool.

Ride sharing is popular in San Antonio and we have Lyft and Uber. Popular nearby attractions are a short drive away

We recently stayed for my son’s 16th birthday (seven total). It was the perfect house for group to relax after a day at Fiesta, TX. Plenty of room for all boys to sleep comfortably. Kitchen well stocked to make dinner. Pool was excellent and clean with plenty of outdoor seating and lounging space. Quiet neighborhood and backstop of golf course perfect. Pool table and video game for extra fun! Highly recommend staying here.

Family reunion.

Close and convient to family. My family hade a great time. The common rooms worked great to for the entire family. Good space overall. Backyard is also a joy weather permitting of course. Would stay again.

Not sure about the property

I would like to start by saying the communication was stellar. The property itself needed some help. There are several areas of the homes that need some up keep. During our stay there were at least 3 if not 4 vendors that arrived at the property to do things like landscaping, pool work, extermination, etc. that we were not made aware of and since one of the door to enter the property was broken and wouldn’t truly lock we felt obligated to stay in the house more often until the vendors were gone. The property just left a lot to the imagination and the amount of bugs kept us from being outside too much. Maybe I’m just used to a little more when I rent properties but even my property manager friend from SA said it was not what she was expecting and was sad she referred it to me. Hopefully some repairs will be made to make it better.

Much better options

Bottle caps and cigarettes covered the yard. A/C could not cool the house down. Trash cans were already full when we arrived. For the price of this place, you can find a much nicer place. Would not recommend this property.

Good for family

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds are super comfortable, the dining table is conveniently large, nice kitchen and good supplies, and the kids loved the game room. Although smart TVs are everywhere now it was great to have that so we can have various platforms to watch tv/movies on. The pool and hot tub were lovely despite it being chilly the week we were there.

RUN DON’T RENT

I’ve rented for over 20 years here on this site and this property is a fail. It’s dirty and the hot tub is 85 degrees per the owners email. Hot tubs are supposed to be 101 or above to enjoy the benefit from it. Don’t advertise you have that amenity if you’re not able to use it. The linens need to be trashed and start over, they are worn out and thread bare. The beds sit too low, not even an average bed height. It’s noisy from the busy street but I did read that in previous reviews so I went in knowing that so can’t blame the homeowner for that. Blinds are broken in places in the master bedroom. Check in was difficult due to code not working nor the lockbox code for the key. Called twice and got a voicemail for help. Finally Brenda, the owner’s secretary called but let’s just say she’s less than hospitable. Killed a roach while in the bathroom. On the plus side if you can overlook all the above, the kitchen and living area are nice. Secretary said he owned 25 properties so I’m only guessing he doesn’t go by and check them or stay overnight to see what his guests are experiencing. I usually give 5 stars to my stays just to give you an idea about how I normally rate my stays. Sorry, this one needs a HUGE over haul.

Beautiful backyard

We only stayed one night here, but it was a great stay. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool and the sitting area in the backyard was beautiful. We weren’t able to figure out how to turn the heat on to the hot tub, but since we only stayed one night there really wasn’t time to message the owner to figure out if the hot tub heater was actually working or not.

Great for large family!

We stayed here with our grown children, their spouses and 5 grandkids. We enjoyed swimming daily, close to Walmart. Nice quiet neighborhood! Beds were okay, soft memory foam platform beds - not the worst we've had. The pool was great! Hot tub jets didn't work - but we didn't mind since it was 100 degreesor hotter everyday (seems to be a common issue). The young ones enjoyed the "little pool" as they called it! Overall- we loved it and would stay again! Thank you!

Pool and hot tub not stunning at all

The main reason our 2 night stay was terrible, was the fact that the pool and hot tub weren’t working, and the temperature of the water was only right after staying there 24 hours. We missed the opportunity to swim the first day and the second morning, both being high on the list of expectations. My teenage kids were very disappointed not to be able to swim and our elderly parents were equally disappointed not to be able to use the hot tub the first morning. Overall, the house was ok, not great. As noted before, basic things like a crooked pool table, but also no comfortable seating. Just an old couch. I don’t recommend anyone stay here.

We really appreciated having the heated pool. The weather was only in the 50's when we were there. It is located on a busy corner, but it was easy to get to. It was only 15 minutes to the airport, which was very convenient for our party.

Home away from home. Location was great being close to the airport to shuttle family back and forth. Quick drive to Pearl District/Riverwalk/Zoo! Would stay again! Weather wasn’t great but game room and pool made it entertaining for all!

Great SA find!

We found the property to be in great shape and just as pictured and advertised. It was a much needed staycation for my husband, preschooler and myself. The only bummer was that the hot tub and heated pool did not have heat. Daniel did respond right away and worked with us, but it was not able to be repaired until the morning we checked out (only stayed three nights). Despite this, we enjoyed in the property, especially having the golf course without neighbors behind us, since my husband is a golfer. We were able to work out a great resolution to get a partial refund for the inconvenience of some of the amenities not being usable. It was also nice to have a Walmart right down the street. If you are looking for a nice place to stay in San Antonio with fun amenities and a beautiful backyard setting, this is a great place!!!!

My fav stay yet.

The house is very cute! It has many things I would like to incorporate into my future home. The beds are super comfortable. The master bath has two showerheads. The hottub and pool gives off a steam so no matter the temperature outside, it will feel amazinggg. There's a smart TV, Pacman machine and a pool table for entertainment. Plenty of towels + blankets avaliable. Minor cons: the pool table is on an uneven surface so it'll sometimes make the ball go in when it shouldn't. Couldn't figure out how to jet the tub but it felt nice regardless. There was no detergent available so BYO if you need to wash your clothes. Fridge comes empty so BYO ice,water,condiments,etc.

Good for quick weekend

Unusual Property: The backyard pool is blocked off with a large blue tarp separating a storage area for construction equipment. The pool area was poorly tended. The house is a corner property along a fairly busy street. The POOL was very warm: the heated Hot Tub water pours (by fountain) directly into the pool. The garage has been converted into the large bedroom with pool table. This large room shares the hall bathroom. The house has a NEST but was set to 80 degrees. It took a couple hours to lower the temperature to a comfortable setting: arrival was one of the nicest days of the year. The owner replied that it was the prior occupant's mistake to not reset the thermostat to 77 degrees. Just didn't make an inviting welcome. The bathrooms could use a good scrub. Soap scum was apparent. The Ice maker is not hooked up: so be prepared to bring Ice. The Queen bedroom is actually a full mattress on queen frame. Just didn't feel the bang for the buck.
