Enjoy your own private heated pool right outside the home — perfect for relaxing, cooling off and spending time in the water with your group.

Please note that the pool has a compact, spa-style design and is smaller than a traditional full-size swimming pool. It offers the comfort of heated water while still providing a private pool experience. I want to make this clear so you know exactly what to expect before booking.

The backyard also features a private patio and BBQ area with space to enjoy meals and spend time outdoors.

GAME ROOM
The converted garage doubles as an entertainment space and the home’s fourth bedroom. It includes:
• Pool table
• Foosball
• Arcade games
• Queen bed

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The home comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests:
• Primary bedroom — King bed (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 2 — Queen bed (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 3 — Twin bunk bed + twin trundle that opens to an additional twin (sleeps 4)
• Bedroom 4 / game room — Queen bed (sleeps 2)
• Queen pull-out sofa in the primary suite (sleeps 2)
• Folding bed (sleeps 1)

Total sleeping capacity: 13 guests.

LIVING & KITCHEN
The home offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and approximately 1,800 sq ft of living space.

High ceilings and skylights bring plenty of natural light into the main living area. Smart TVs are available in the living room and primary bedroom, along with Wi-Fi and a wood-burning fireplace.

The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, dishes and a drip coffee maker for preparing meals at home.

The home is located in a quiet North San Antonio neighborhood with shopping, restaurants and everyday essentials nearby.

PARKING & ACCESS
Guests have private access to the entire home, heated pool, backyard, patio, BBQ area and game room.

The garage has been converted into the game room/fourth bedroom and is not available for vehicle parking. Private parking is available for 2 cars, with additional off-street parking available.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
• This is a 100% non-smoking home.
• High chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request.
• Please help keep the pool clean. No glassware or glass bottles are permitted in or around the pool area.
• Parties and unauthorized events are not permitted. Sound-monitoring devices are installed to help prevent excessive noise. Please keep outdoor noise and music to a minimum after 10 PM.
• Pets are welcome — up to 2 per stay. Please let me know in advance if you’re bringing a pet. A $60 flat pet cleaning fee applies.

• Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee with advance approval.
