This home resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 5 to 10-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores, for a more convenient stay.

• PARKING: Free parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles in the garage and driveway. Street parking is not allowed

Looking for a morning walk? You've come to the right place! This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space inside the garage and on the driveway (4 cars). NO street parking. NO sidewalk blocking. MAX 4 CARS AT ALL TIMES.

Since this property is a little far from central San Antonio, the METRO system (bus transportation) does not go all the way there. However, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.


• Please note that though the listing shows 3 bunk beds, there is only 1 triple bunk bed (2 full beds and 1 twin bed). Please be mindful that the top bunk bed has a weight limit of 200 lbs.

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.

• This property includes a hot tub outside. Please understand that since the hot tub is outside in the garden, some leaves or debris from nature may fall into the hot tub. Rest assured that we do hot tub maintenance weekly and we remove all debris after every reservation. However, some debris may fall into the hot tub after we have cleaned it. Our hot tub maintenance team will visit once a week to clean the hot tub and take care of any necessary upkeep. They might stop by during your stay, but please rest assured that they’ll only be working outside and won’t disturb you. This maintenance is essential to ensure the hot tub remains in great condition for you and future guests.
