The location was perfect for BMT graduation. But the house was cleanish. There was dog hair in the walk way between the foyer and the dining area, chips under the sofa ( we only knew because something dropped) and the knife holder has crumbs on the bottom in the kitchen. The rooms were clean but the common areas were not as clean as expected. If there's a cleaning fee, there is an expectation that all areas are thoroughly cleaned. The only time the host corresponded was in the message for check in. No other contact after that wven after letting them know we were in the property. It worked for what we needed, but definitely could have been a better experience with increased attention to detail and a small extension of hospitality.
