"We have stayed at this property over decades. At least 25 times. We have had many excellent visits. Not so much this time. After we checked in (two rooms x 4 nights), we were told the rooms would not be serviced the first night due to lack of cleaning staff. Then after the second night the rooms were still not serviced. When we advised the front desk, they said they would make a note, but did nothing to correct the situation. We complained to two different staff members the third...

"Suite was very spacious and clean and room equipment was in good working condition despite being slightly outdated. Effort was made in adding high end touches to enhance the experience like bathrobes or towels at the pool. Very easy to park and access rooms. Swimming pool and hot tub were amazing and both at perfect temperature on a chilly day. Personnel very helpful. Works love to come back. Only minus point: they don’t serve breakfast. But there’s a mall nearby to make up for that."

After unpacking when I tried to use the sink, it was clogged up so I called the front desk and she said no one was there to help so she moved us to the room across. Hot breakfast was nice but they weren’t prepared for the volume of people at all! Convenient location - can walk to downtown Novato!"
