"Didn't have a great experience checking in. There were three of us travelling and we had two bottles of alcohol that were purchased from duty free at the airport. The bottles were wrapped and unopened and we did not intend to open them, they were gifts to take back home. The security guard who was checking our bags through the scanner said we were only allowed one bottle per room. He also lied and told another staff member that we had four bottles. "Out of the city, infested with pegions, rooms are dated with old keys, floors squeak, NO HOT WATER! Maintenance told me that you have to keep the water running for 5-6 minutes before hot water will finally arrive. And I was being charged an arm and a leg for staying here! On the plus side, the pool and garden are quite beautiful and the place looks like an old palace from the outside."
