"This is my third time staying at the station and it didn’t disappoint! I love the comfy beds and the green space around the rooms. What a beautiful area!"

"Great experience! While we were disappointed we weren't able to fully enjoy Lake Lure (due to the recovery from Helene), we were happy to come visit the area and support the local businesses while they work to rebuild. The property was convenient to many attractions and activities and Bob is an A host."

"This is truly a gem near DuPont National Forest. The property location is as close as you would expect - 10 minutes drive to all the waterfalls and scenic hikes as well as stores nearby. My family stayed for 3 days and we had so much fun at the cabin. It has pretty much everything and the owner Susan and Gerald were very responsive and accommodating to our requests. The hot tub was a huge plus for the kids. We would definitely visit again. "

"The place was lovely. Perfect for our overnight stay. Convenient to town. The views were beautiful. Beds were comfy. We enjoyed the hike to Jump Off Rock from the property. I’d rate the hike as short (took us less than 20 minutes) but definitely moderate in spots. (Not a leisurely stroll). We’d definitely recommend Nathan’s place. "

"This was our second stay at the cabin. It was as wonderful as we remembered it. Perfect location between Brevard and Hendersonville, comfortable and clean accommodations, and the porch is a great spot for waiting out an afternoon storm or counting fireflies in the evening. We plan to return again next summer. "

"The cottage was super cute , we loved watching the horses across the street on the porch swing! Also a great location nice and close to both Brevard and Hendersonville. Our hosts were very responsive and everything was wonderful. We will definitely be back!"

"This property was beautiful. The perfect blend of antiquity and the "needs" of modern times. The host thought of everything that guests may need. This room is located not far from downtown Asheville and is a quick, easy commute . Communication with the host was clear and quick. "

"Beautiful place with everything you need for a quiet and comfortable stay away from the business of life.The cabin itself sits right next to a beautiful creek that has been meticulously maintained. Just above the creek there is a pond which has been stocked with fishfor catch and release fishing. We did see a couple different fish that were larger and several fish that still have some growing to do.The owner of this property has really done a great job all around and the attention to detail...

"This was a great weekend get a way! It's just as pictured only more beautiful in person. A lot of love and work went into building this Whimsical Place! We loved it! It's quiet, very clean, comfortable and stocked with everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped, just bring the groceries! The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with room to spare. If you're looking to take a nap, I highly recommend the chairs on the front porch!! The owner is very nice and friendly. If you have any...
