We were greeted at the front desk and I want to say her name is Nancy and I’m sorry if I got that wrong , but she was lovely and took my daughter and I on a tour of this historic inn. "This is a cross between a hotel, a bed and breakfast, and an Airbnb. The room had a modern feel with a King-sized bed and a modern private bathroom with a shower stall - like a contemporary hotel. There is no front desk - similar to an Airbnb - although Randy and Lisa, the gracious and friendly hosts, were available whenever we needed them. Each morning, we were greeted with a wonderfully prepared breakfast of much higher quality than your typical hotel - what one would expect from a B&B."

"The property consists of two rental units but this fact is not obvious from the pictures on the website. We did not get the rooftop deck with a view of the harbor. That belongs to the other unit. The sewer pipes are enclosed in the paper-thin walls of the first floor bedroom of our unit so every time someone flushes the toilet, uses the sink, takes a shower, you can hear water flowing through the pipes followed by loud clanging sound. Along with the loud music, people talking, chairs scraping...
