Here you have a modern luxury villa for the large family or the company. The villa is located in Saltsjöbaden which is one of Stockholm's most fashionable areas where you can enjoy the archipelago close up while it only takes 20 minutes to Stockholm
Saltsjöbaden is surrounded by greenery and sea which offer several sports opportunities like tennis, padel, golf, sailing, or just run or cycle in the wonderful nature. By the water you also have several restaurants with nice food and music.

The villa is newly built and is a modern accommodation where great emphasis has been placed on design and entertainment.
The house consists of 3 floors where floor 1 is for the children with several bedrooms and a large Tv room with games and other entertainment. Floor 2 is dedicated to the social part of life, and here you will find a large living room with 7 m up to the ridge and a large kitchen, this room is full of light and space, and since the house is on a peak you look out over the tree tops and Saltsjöbaden.
On floor 3 there is a large bedroom with attached bathroom, outside the house there are grassy areas and 2 large terraces that allow late summer evenings.

Guests have access to the whole house and the plot with the terraces and grass carpets

Saltsjöbaden one of the most fashionable areas in Stockholm can almost be described as Stockholm´s Hamptons where you have the archipelago outside with its water and wonderful nature but still only 20 minutes to Central Stockholm. Here you have the opportunity to enjoy the archipelago and take a dip in some of the sandy beaches, cliffs or the piers at Saltsjöbadens outdoor swimming pool. A characteristic of Saltsjöbaden is the wonderful natural areas that surround the area for those who are interested in running, hiking or montainbike. and for those sports enthusiasts there are within walking distance tennis, padel, golf and when the day is over it is just to walk down to one of the waterfront restaurants and watch the sun set over the beautiful Grand Hotel

It takes about 20 minutes to get to Stockholm and the beautiful little train that will take you is 2 minutes walk from the house.
The journey into Stockholm passes beautiful green areas and the archipelago, but if you want to experience Stockholm from its best side, we recommend you take the boat to Stockholm which adds to Strandvägen central Stockholm. This is a wonderful way to get close to the archipelago and understand why Stockhoms is called Scandinavia's Venice.

Schönes großes Haus in Stockholm

Ruhig gelegenes, großes Haus nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt- man braucht ca. 30 Minuten mit der Saltsjöbanan. Ein Naturreservat ist in der Nähe und auch mehrere Bademöglichkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer ist unkompliziert.
