**Welcome to The Eagle Estate** —the crown jewel of Olympus Cove. This

10,107-square-foot luxury estate offers unmatched privacy and tranquility,

with breathtaking views of the Salt Lake City valley. It is ideal for a

private sanctuary and family fun. It’s just 17 minutes from downtown and

15-25 minutes from Utah’s top ski resorts. Whether you're looking for a

peaceful getaway with your family or an exciting home base for exploring

Utah, this estate has everything you need. The home is designed for

comfort and relaxation, making it the perfect retreat after a day of

adventure. Come build family memories to last a lifetime.



The property has a set guest limit that must be followed. If the number of

guests exceeds this limit (17), it will be considered an event, and event

pricing will apply. Events are limited to an agreed upon amount of hours and

cannot extend throughout the entire stay. Please let us know in advance if you

plan to host a gathering so we can discuss the appropriate arrangements and

fees.



Please note that more than 17 persons in the house for gatherings such as

large family reunions (corporate retreats, or special events are not included

in the cost of your stay and requires prior approval before booking. Chef

services, as well as table and chair rentals for such events, are available

upon request.



The house's seasonal decorations, maps showing the distance to the ski

resorts, and photos of weddings, corporate events, and workshops can be found

at the end of the photo gallery.



**Outdoor Oasis~** Relax in the year-round heated resort-style pool and

15-person Jacuzzi, complete with a fully equipped pool house featuring a

second kitchen and full bathroom for outdoor convenience. Sports lovers

can enjoy four pickleball courts, basketball courts, soccer field, and

private trails. End your day with a BBQ under the stars, surrounded by

stunning landscape lighting, relaxing water features, and unparalleled

views.



**Elegant Interiors**

Inside, you'll find three spacious living areas, each blending style and

comfort. The main kitchen is a chef’s dream with Subzero appliances and dual

islands, perfect for entertaining. The estate features five bedrooms, four of

which have luxurious en-suite bathrooms. The fifth bedroom offers access to a

bathroom in the adjacent hallway. The master bedroom boasts a reclinable king

bed, a private balcony, an en-suite office, and a spa-like en-suite bathroom.

The home's library, fireplaces, and panoramic views complete the ambiance.





**Exclusive Amenities**

In addition to luxury accommodations, the estate offers a steam room, sauna,

and extensive sports facilities. Fast Wi-Fi at 1 GB. There are a plethora of

USB chargers, A dedicated onsite handyman handles daily maintenance and

landscaping/snow removal. The handyman lives in a separate unit, ensuring your

privacy, and is available by call or text for any assistance.

PRIOR AUTHORIZATION are NOT allowed. Unauthorized gatherings will result in a

minimum fine of $5,000, plus any additional charges imposed by local

authorities. If you are looking for a wedding or business retreat party venue,

please request costs, information and permission in advance.

☀ **Treat the Space Kindly** : We’ve put a lot of love into this home.

Please treat it kindly, especially with children. Supervise them to prevent

any accidental damage.

☀ **Shoes Off Inside** : Please help us keep the place clean by removing

your shoes inside.

☀ **No Eating Upstairs & Downstairs**: Enjoy meals in the kitchen or dining

areas to maintain a pest-free environment.

☀ **Quiet Hours** : To respect our neighbors and ensure everyone can enjoy

their stay, we ask that you be considerate with noise levels starting at 9 PM.

Our strict quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, during which we request that

noise be kept to a minimum—no loud conversations, music, or activities that

can be heard outside. This helps maintain a peaceful environment for all.

☀ **Booking Age** : The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Phone

Number for Booking: Please ensure that the phone number used for booking is

the number of the main contact for your stay. Correspondence regarding your

stay, including welcome information

and any necessary communications, will be initiated by our handyman, who will

also be your primary contact during your stay.

☀ **Children's Supervision** : Children must be supervised at all times, both

indoors and outdoors

☀ **Outdoor Play** : Please keep play confined to designated areas and avoid

throwing items into the pool or non-play areas.

☀ **No Smoking, Vaping, or Unlawful Activities. Prohibited Actions** :

Smoking, vaping, and any illegal activities including marijuana, are not

allowed on the property both indoors and outdoors.

☀ **No Pets Allowed**

☀ **Arrival and Departure**. **Check-In** : Begins at 5 pm. **Check-Out** :

Please check out by 10 am. Late check-out fees are as follows: $100 for the

first hour, $200 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time. These fees

ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by

delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on

upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee might still apply.

☀ **Parking: Driveway Parking**. There are 5 parking spaces available in the

driveway. Please use these spaces exclusively to park your vehicles. No street

parking.

☀ **Hot Tub Usage Capacity and Hours** : The hot tub can accommodate up to 15

people and is open from 7 AM to 10 PM. (Year Round)

☀ **Extra Guests Limits** : Extra guests beyond the agreed number may incur

fees or require you to vacate the property. Please indicate the number of

guests when making your reservation.

☀ **Restricted Garage Access** : The garage is for maintenance use only and is

not available to guests.

☀ Construction work will be halted during the entirety of your stay. A small

removed portion of the grounds on the property is under construction. There

is a privacy fence that separates the work from the main area.

You Only Turn 50 Once Ski Trip

An amazing week of skiing at Alta, Deer Valley, Snowbasin and Snowbird with great friends in a beautiful home. Excellent location for accessing the Cottonwood Canyons and jumping around to Park City. Having a heated hot tub, a full pool, a sauna and a steam room made for great apres skiing. Comfortable beds and massive bath rooms. Great for larger groups.

Wow! World-class hospitality in amazing location!

We had the pleasure of staying at this property for a week during a corporate expo / conference that our team was attending. Where do I begin.... The house was absolutely beautiful and exceeded the expectations we had from the photos. The property is immaculately maintained and has so many amazing features like courts, heated pool, and practically an entire spa inside the house. The beds were ALL very comfy and you everything was designed with a high attention to detail.The team overdelivered from a service level and was able to help us with every need or request we had. We even used this property as a venue for a private event for some of our VIP clients. I can't recommend this property enough! Roger took amazing care of us.

On the one hand we want to keep this property a secret but we feel compelled to let everyone know that this property is incredible! Roger the onsite property manager is hands down the best part of this amazing home. We could go on and on about the perfect cleanliness or the well stocked kitchen and all the amenities. Our kids spent most of the time in the wonderfully heated pool amidst a mountain winter wonderland. Thank you for the great memories!

Our stay was great! Roger took great care of us…from shoveling g the driveway, to making sure the pool was the right temperature to leaving a gift for us at the front door on Thanksgiving. The home is beautiful! We hope to be able to return soon.

Wow, what an incredible home!

We stayed here with co workers, and I was stunned at how beautiful this property was. The pill, jacuzzi, the wet sauna, and dry sauna were all fantastic. The house was very modern, yet so comfortable, with beautiful views of the Salt Lake valley. This place would be perfect for a small group doing a fitness or yoga retreat, or just friends or family looking for an amazing getaway. The communication from the handyman, Roger, was so great, and he was always available to answer any questions, etc. Really loved this place, would love to come back at some point!
