Your new Wasatch Front home away from home! This gorgeous solar-powered, suburban vacation home is close to I-215, which puts you minutes away from Downtown Salt Lake City, the Salt Palace convention center, the world famous ski resorts of Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons or Park City, and the Millrock Technology Park.

This home sleeps up to six with three bedrooms. The living room is cozy with a fireplace, HDTV with HBO and fast WiFi. Netflix app available to login with your account. Kitchen is stocked with essential cooking equipment to guarantee a hassle-free, relaxing experience whether you’re here for business or pleasure.

Owner lives on-site and is happy to assist with any needs before or during your stay.

Our 10 day trip to SLC was perfect thanks to this great VRBO house less than an hour drive from the 8 resorts that we skied. We skied Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude, Park City, Deer Valley, Snowbasin and Sundance. 6 of the 8 resorts were under a half hour away. Super easy access to all resorts. The property owner was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early the day we arrived in SLC. The bedding was comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. I will stay there again on my next Utah ski adventure.

Location of this property is excellent to get to the area ski resorts and UDOT buses to travel up Big & Little Cottonwood Canyons.We were comfortable and utilized the laundry and kitchen facilities.

So many great things to say about this property. This house has all the comforts of home and is so well equipped, all you need is your suitcase and some groceries, and you are set for a great stay. The kitchen is the most well equipped I’ve ever stayed in at a vacation rental, for an easy and comfortable place to make meals. There are so many seating areas all around the house. Nothing lacking for comfort there. Every bed has beautiful bedding. Plenty of extra towels and linens. Awesome washer and dryer to use. Carport was great to keep the car out of the weather. The view of the mountains and the extra large windows helped to make it feel lighter and brighter even on cloudy days. And the amount of lights and lamps in the house were more than adequate. The extra large master bathroom was appreciated. There are even a few toys and puzzles etc to entertain our little ones. That was a nice surprise. Fireplace was great! Electric remote controlled. So nice! Communication with owner was easy. Having control of the thermostat in the house was appreciated. I would highly recommend. Would stay again if given the opportunity.

Very nice three bedroom house with ready access to ski slopes. Everything was as advertised, or better. Large kitchen and very comfy living room. Host lives downstairs and was very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

House much more spacious than photos convey. Just like a friend lent you their house to stay in…while they were away. Great kitchen area with space for one to make breakfast while another sandwiches for skiing. Sean was terrific to deal with: very responsive and very approachable.

This property was well located not far from the airport with easy access to the highway and all of the ski resorts. It was clean and well outfitted with everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy a relaxing stay. The kitchen, bathrooms and furniture were all modern and well kept. We would not hesitate to stay again.

We spent 10 great days here enjoying the skiing, the city and the neighborhood (Holladay has redeveloped an area nearby with shops etc). Very spacious home with everything we needed. Sean was very responsive to all communication. Thanks Sean.

Everything about our stay at this home was 5 stars. Great location near restaurants, stores and the highway. Easy access to the ski resorts we visited. House was clean and modern. If anything, the main photo on the page doesn’t do justice. The main living area is larger than the photo seems. Bedrooms are large the mattresses are new. Kitchen is well stocked and has everything we needed to prep and cook breakfast and dinner. Carport for your vehicle right next to the entry door. I don’t have a single negative thing to say about the home. Thanks for a great stay!!

Nice clean place with fairly new kitchen and bathrooms. Sofa needs to be updated but everything else is great. Having laundry room downstairs is super convenient. Manager is super responsive and helpful. Internet, cable TV and everything you need are provided. Car port parking just in front of the front door.

Had a great stay! House was clean, plenty of towels and kitchen was stocked. Laundry area was clean and easy to use. Everyone was comfortable and plenty of room to spread out. Super easy spot to get up canyon and to/from airport.
