Welcome to Costa Bajamar…located in the beautiful Bajamar Oceanside Golf Resort overlooking the Pacific Ocean! Located on the second floor of a six-story building, this exclusive condominium unit is one of only 12 units, two per floor, ready for your stay!

Sleeping a maximum of 8 adults, this 1,800 square foot, three bedroom, two-bath paradise is perfect for weekend getaways, extended stay vacations, holidays, quiet retreats, girls or guys retreats…anytime when luxury and quality are valued and appreciated.

More about our place…to begin, the deep, ocean-facing balcony extends along the width of the unit and features a panoramic Pacific view, two-burner gas grill, propane-fueled fire pit, comfortable seating and room to store surfboards, golf clubs and other sports equipment.

The balcony is accessed through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that extend across the entire span of the unit. The main area features an open concept main room, perfect for large family gathering or relaxation/lounging on the comfy, leather seating group, complete with coffee table and wall mounted 60” LCD smart television. An easy chair, perfect for reading, is located in a quiet corner of the room.

The open concept extends into the dining and kitchen areas. The dining area features a solid walnut, mid-century style table, two upholstered-seat chairs and a teo comfortable repurposed wine barrel benches, in total seating six adults. The modern kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, gas range/oven unit, garbage disposal, coffee maker, electric tea pot and a variety of gourmet cooking elements. Tile floors in the kitchen extend throughout the unit.

Each of the bedrooms has a different configuration, all together perfect for families and other guests. All bedrooms and the main room/dining area feature new custom blinds/sun shades.

Continuing the tour, the spacious main bedroom includes a California King bed, side tables, dresser, upholstered chair/ottoman, walk-in closet, wall-mounted LED television and double doors that fold back and open to that spectacular panoramic ocean vista.. The large, full en-suite bathroom features a full vanity and raised wash basin, toilet, walk-in rain shower, and a wall-mounted shampoo, conditioner and bath gel dispenser, containing luxury hotel bath products.

The large second bedroom is adjacent to the main suite and features a king-sized bed, bedside table, storage unit and custom clothes hanging area/closet.

The versatile third bedroom is equipped with a full-sized dresser and a custom-made natural wood bunk bed unit, with a twin bed on top, queen bed below, plus a full-sized trundle bed, which can be pulled out for additional sleeping capacity.

If more sleeping capacity is needed, the main room couch folds out into a comfortable queen-side bed; if necessary, the love seat is large enough for making a bed for a child.

The comfortable second bathroom can be accessed by visitors and guests, and is accessed directly from the long hallway that connects the bedrooms and main open concept space. Featured here are a full sink/vanity area, toilet and walk-in rain shower, which includes the same quality bath products and dispensers as in the main suite bathroom. Both bathrooms are stocked with lots of comfy, thirsty bath and pool/beach towels for using the amenities Costa Bajamar has to offer.

Internet services is provided by the renowned Baja Networks, and consistently provides over 50 mbps up and download speeds, with a high degree of reliability. Both televisions in the unit are connected to the Internet, so bring your Netflix, Amazon Prime and other access codes. Access details are part of our guest welcome package and will be sent in advance of your stay.

The Bajamar complex nearby includes the centerpiece Bajamar Golf Resort, tennis courts, spa and all-day dining facility. Known as the Pebble Beach of Mexico, the renowned Bajamar Golf Links is one of the most important golf courses in all of Mexico and offers breathtaking vistas and a challenge for all players, regardless of ability.

The resort is secured 24/7 by the Bajamar resort complex security team; our complex features an card-access elevator and keyless front door lock (access code and card provided).

The Bajamar Oceanfront Golf Resort is located between Rosarito, Ensenada and the world-renounced Valle de Guadeloupe wine region, accessible from the breathtaking, scenic toll road, all a short 25 minute drive from the resort.

Although full, all day dining is available at the first-rate Dos Lagos restaurant just steps from the unit, bars and casual/fine dining spots can be found within an easy drive, either north or south. For our guests, we are more than happy to provide recommendations for fishing, dining, wine tasting, shopping and other fun excursions.

As a bonus, the unit is also a short walk from the new outdoor concert venue, The Infinity Center, located on premises. Among other artists, the amazing Andrea Bocelli performed there in June 2022.
