It has two double bedrooms, a living-dining room with a double sofa bed and two full bathrooms (one with a bathtub and another with a shower). The private terrace offers a pleasant space for sharing meals or relaxing moments outdoors, enjoying the Mediterranean climate.



The Ventura residential complex features a seasonal community swimming pool with a children's area, ideal for the youngest, as well as a parking space.
