The hotel is clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was very clean and the balcony spacious with a great view of the pool. The restaurant was impeccable with an excellent choice of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bar service was very good but not many staff to take order and bring drinks. The payment system for drinks and other items was poor. Cash or card payment had to be pre-loaded onto a band which also worked as a key card for the room. We would prefer to give card details then settle bill at the end. €10 deposit per towel had to be given. This is understandable but the system was awkward. Go to reception and pay €10 for a ticket then take ticket to towel man. Exchange towel for ticket to return to reception. Poor system.
