Come enjoy this ocean front getaway in Salisbury! Located directly on the sand with ocean views from the front porch (This is unit C). These two side by side family friendly condos each have 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, are fully furnished and can accommodate large groups. Each unit has a living room, dining room and Kitchen supplied with all your cooking needs. Each unit has full size appliances, microwave and coffee maker. Cable TV and Wi-Fi included. Close to the boardwalk, restaurants, and shops, this is the perfect place to stay for a week or more! Two units may be rented together for larger groups. Off street parking, outside shower and deck with chairs to enjoy the view. Each unit has a personal gas grill for entertaining.

Enjoy free concerts every Saturday along with fireworks every Saturday night. This property is close to Seabrook, Hampton and Rye Beaches, as well as historic Newburyport and Plum Island for shopping, dining and whale watching. It is approximately 30 minutes from Water country, Outlet Shopping in Kittery, Maine and about 1 hour from Boston.

Amazing Location!

Great stay… location is ideal right on the beach.. 3 minute walk to the beach.. 5 minute walk to the center of the town. Jamie is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

Salisbury vacation

Our third year here! Always my family's favorite vacation. We had another great week. Great weather, perfect location. Even on the one rainy day my kids made bracelets in the morning. When it cleared up in the afternoon we walked the beach to the boardwalk area and ate delicious Mexican food and walked the empty beach back - so nice. The storm had made a really cool shelf in the sand. We can't wait till next year!

Family fun on Salisbury Beach

The property was clean, easy to access and well-appointed. It is close to our daughter's in-laws in New Hampshire, allowing lots of visits and family time. Thank you for letting us be your guests.

Great location, very clean space

We had a fantastic week. So close to the ocean and boardwalk. Was easy with a toddler except that only bathroom is downstairs. Very clean home so I felt immediately at ease. Was missing some key items that would be great to have - no towels including hand towels for bathroom, no food can be left so there wasn't even salt and pepper, there is only a Keurig and no reusable pod, no games, no books, no beach equipment. Had to make own beds upon arrival but linens were supplied. Smallest bedroom doesn’t have an AC unit but has a large box fan; gets warm if you want to close the door. All the folks renting other units were nice and respectful of shared spaces. Would definitely rent this home again in the future.

Beautifully clean place just steps away from the ocean, wonderful owner

We had a wonderful week in Unit C. First, the highlights. 1. The location: this place is literally 100 steps from the cleanest and most beautiful sandy beach. The beach was expansive with tons of room, even on very popular sunny days. There is so much beachfront that you have room to set up and tons of room in the water to swim. It’s great for kids because the house is so close and there is a big shallow area in the ocean itself. Best beach ever. BYO sand toys. 2. There is one dedicated parking space. Like any popular beach destination, parking is at a premium. Many visitors have to pay for parking. Rental comes with a space that has the address and unit number, so no matter when you arrive, your space will always be waiting for you. It’s just a dozen steps away from the unit, making it super easy for unloading. 3. Jamie, the owner, is fantastic to work with. She responds to messages super quickly and goes above and beyond to help if anything is needed. 4. The unit is perfectly located for day trips. We alternated beach days with days to visit other places. It is an easy five minute drive to hop on the highway to get to any other New England destination, from Cape Cod to Maine. 5. The unit is very clean. That’s one of the most important things to me. It is well maintained and thoroughly cleaned between renters. These are not negatives, but just a few things to be aware of: 1. As it says in the listing, you have to bring your own beach towels, as well as bath towels, including hand towels and washcloths. Not a big deal, just good to know when you’re packing. 2. There were no screens in the windows, so we could not open windows to catch an ocean breeze. There is air conditioning in the living area downstairs and in two of the three bedrooms. 3. Bring extension cords and surge protectors. There are not a lot of outlets in the bedrooms and they are often far away from the bed, so if your teens, like mine, sleep with their phone close, having the cords helps. 4. You will need to make all of the beds when you arrive with the provided sheets and pillowcases. Again, no big deal. Just something to be aware of when you arrive. 5. The bathroom is downstairs and the bedrooms are all upstairs. This wasn’t a problem for us. Just slightly less convenient for middle of the night. 6. Wifi would cut out sometimes. No big deal bc we were there to unplug. Loved this place. Would stay here again! A+++

Beach House Summer Vacation (June 2022)

We had a very good experience staying here for a week in late-June. This older beach cottage has been nicely restored and was very clean upon arrival, and you can't beat the location just a few steps from the beach. The owner Jamie was kind and easy to communicate/work with, and very responsive to any questions we had. Two dedicated parking spots were provided, which is helpful as parking can be a real challenge in this area. If there is one suggestion for improvement, it is my experience that rental places like this (which we use often in many places) usually provide bath towels and some basic toiletries like bath soaps as many guests are traveling from out of the area like us, and don't pack these items for their travel. It was easy enough to go buy soap, and Jamie was able to provide us a few bath towels upon request and realizing we didn't bring some with us from CA, but typically I would expect these things in this type of house rental. Clean linens for all beds were provided, but we had to find them then in the closet and put them on all 4 beds ourselves; I' have not experiences this before, but it was not a big deal. Overall we were pleased with this house rental and would stay here again. Thanks for the nice accommodations and pleasant experience Jamie!

Perfect Houses for Beach Vacations... immaculate house, roomy three bedrooms and the neighborhood is good. Salisbury Beach Center is run down, but decent enough for vaca, otherwise would give all five stars

Week 7/9 - 7/16

This was our second year here in unit C and we hope to come back every summer! It has become our favorite family vacation. House is very clean. Location is perfect. We are on the beach all day. Older kids can safely walk to the arcade. My favorite part is coffee on the deck in the morning looking at the ocean. You become friends with the families staying in the other units. Host is always very responsive. Great vacation. My kids can't wait until next year!

Wonderful stay at the beach - great location!

I had a wonderful vacation with my family. The house smelled wonderful (clean!) upon check-in, and it really was just steps away from the beach. The center of Salisbury was a short walk away which was very convenient! At the last minute, my parents wanted to stay a couple extra days, and Jamie was quick to respond and approved it no problem. Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy beach townhouse

Great little property right on the beach. Location in Salisbury couldn’t be better. The beach in Salisbury is such a nice, flat, clean beach. The kids loved it. We had delayed checkin due to Hurricane Henri and management could not have been more accommodating.

The convenience of walking to the center of town, restaurants and steps from the beach make this the perfect place to stay. Jamie is wonderful to work with and the property is clean and well maintained. This is our 2nd year staying here and have already booked next year!

Amazing Beach House!!

The house had everything you could ask for - all the pots, pans, bowls, utensils needed and extra's such as paper towels, dish towels, toilet paper, linens, blankets! The house was exceptionally clean! It's steps to the ocean and the arcades and boardwalk which is perfect for the kids! And the host, Jaimie, immediately responded to your questions. Just a fabulous vacation! We've already booked for next year!

Salisbury stay July 2021

Just as advertised! My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be renting the cottage again. Place was neat and clean and was equipped with everything we needed. Steps to the beach and just a short walk to the center where my boys every went every night and played arcade games. A great vacation spot!

Wonderful area for families

Great area surrounding the beach house. Chairs, picnic tables, porch and just a walk over the dunes and you are on the beach. A 5 minute walk to the center of Salisbury Beach. The beach house Very clean and well kept.
