Perfect for those who want to stay near the city center while enjoying peace and comfort.<br><br><br><br>The 50-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a condominium building equipped with an elevator (please note there are two steps at the entrance) and is laid out as follows: <br><br><br><br>- Kitchenette equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, electric kettle, and conventional oven<br><br>- Living area with a sofa bed, dining table, and split A/C unit<br><br>- Bedroom with a double bed, closet, and TV<br><br>- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower stall<br><br>- Balcony.<br><br><br><br>Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.<br><br>Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).<br><br><br><br>7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the City of Salerno, which is EUR 1.50 per night per person for the first 5 nights.
