The Petit Manoir de Campagne (LPMDC), is an estate located 30 minutes from Saint Gaudens, 1 hour from Toulouse, Tarbes, Auch or Carcassonne. The city of Lourdes and the ski resort of La Mongie are 1h30 away each.
The 11x5 swimming pool is open to me from the spring season (from 30/04 to 30/09). Comfortable garden furniture and barbecue. Many hiking activities are offered in the region. The surrounding countryside can also be discovered on horseback or by mountain bike.

The property is built on a wooded plot of land with an area of 2.3 hectares; it is composed of a completely independent gite part.
This part has an entrance and private access to the swimming pool. The first floor includes a bedroom with a queen size bed and a sofa bed as well as its bathroom. A common kitchen, fitted and a living room opening onto the garden, complete the first floor. Upstairs two bedrooms with queen size bed and sofa bed, each with its own bathroom; and a lounge area and an office in the common areas.

The house is very well insulated and did not require the installation of air conditioning. In addition, the natural ventilation allows you to observe an indoor temperature in summer that is 5 to 8 °C lower than outside. Remember to open the windows at the end of the day to ensure natural refreshment before starting your night.
