You can't access the elevators without scanning your room card and you can't pick your floor until you find the scanner. No arrows or lit up light showing where you scan. And until you scan your floor the elevator doesn't go anywhere. We were stuck inside on the first floor until somebody was going to go up. When the doors opened we got off.
