"The Harbinson House was a great place to stay for going to a show at Ace of Spades. It is in a beautiful historic neighborhood and the place itself is a quirky historic home. "The hotel and the room itself were fine. Unfortunately, the parking lot and surrounding area were not. There were people openly using drugs, a large number of homeless individuals, and trash scattered throughout the area outside the hotel. We felt extremely unsafe and were genuinely concerned that our car might be broken into. There was even a car sitting on blocks with no tires in the parking lot, which only added to our concerns. "Only stayed for a night with a last minute business trip, but the B&B was so quaint, all the staff was incredibly nice, and the breakfast was actually not bad !! Wish i got up earlier to enjoy more of it."

"The housekeeping was awful. There was a noticeable stain on the duvet cover and hair on top and in the sheets. Hair was also found in the shower stall. Troy was very helpful in immediately moving us to another room. That shower also had hair in it. I used the shower hand held and rinsed it out. The brown spider in the bathroom took me over. I spoke with Ryan at the desk and was told he refunded the stay. I have no confirmation or receipt of it. I will be calling them about it. "
