"Nice hotel in quiet location slightly removed from noisier town centre area. Main issue was the absence of air con when outside temp was in the mid 30s C - a plug in tower fan in the room didn’t suffice and not acceptable for a 4* hotel changing £350 p/n. Room was unbearably hot the entire time."

"I had messaged the property on booking to ask if a room could be ready before the 3pm check-in time as I was unwell. On arrival after 2pm they had not got a single room for me. At 3pm lots of people flooded the desk and it was nearly 4pm before I got in the room. There has to be a better way and ..."

"La struttura è molto bella e anche le camere sono curate. Purtroppo, però, il pavimento dell'appartamento era davvero molto sporco: sembrava che non fosse stato spazzato da parecchio tempo e nella camera c'era addirittura una scopa rotta, senza il manico. L'altro aspetto negativo riguarda il parcheggio. ..."
