"Like that it was a short drive to Lancaster which has quaint little shops and local town restaurants. The Cooper Marsh is a short drive away; it has nice walking trails. The cottage is across the street from the St Lawrence river but there was no direct access to water nearby for swimming or soaking feet within walking distance."

"Property on inside was fine and had all of necessary amenities and was in good shape. The outside was not good and neat. Looked very run down and unkept. "
