The accommodation:
The house occupies 200 m2 on 2 levels. It can accommodate from 4 to 10 people comfortably.
A large living room. 5 bedrooms: 2 equipped with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), 2 bedrooms each with 2 twin beds (80 x 200 cm), 1 children's room with 2 beds (80 x 180 cm). Possibility of adding 1 or 2 cots. Three bedrooms give direct access to the garden and the swimming pool. Two bedrooms are upstairs.
There are 4 bathrooms/showers: 3 are accessible independently; 1 room with shower communicates directly with a bedroom.
There are 2 kitchens (1 per floor): A large open-plan kitchen overlooks the living room; It has all the modern equipment one could wish for. On the first floor, a small kitchen also equipped.
The garden and the swimming pool:

The garden is 1200 m2. It allows cars to be parked at the back of the house.

Out of summer season:
1) Heating is provided by central heating in all rooms, if necessary, in addition to reversible air conditioning.
