Welcome to our charming house in Saint-Pierre Quiberon. We rent a small house next to our holiday home in Saint-Pierre Quiberon, a charming family-friendly village on the Quiberon Peninsula in Morbihan (56). Just a 5-minute walk from the beach, it offers an ideal setting for an unforgettable holiday. Free parking, tasteful decor blending elegance and comfort, fully equipped… Everything has been designed to make you feel right at home. A peaceful interlude awaits you, nestled between the ocean, nature, and relaxation. The exterior is fenced. We can accommodate 4 people, 2 couples, or 2 adults and up to 4 children. The house has Wi-Fi. Our house is laid out as follows: On the first floor, you will find: - a fully fitted and equipped kitchen: dishwasher, induction hob, oven, single-door refrigerator with its compartment Freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle - Dining area - Living area You can enjoy a sunny terrace. You can park your vehicle in front of the property; there is a parking area in front of the house, and it is free. Upstairs you will find: - A bedroom with four 90cm beds that can be pushed together - A bedroom with a double bed and a small desk - A bathroom with toilet

Cleaning is not included in the price (option: €90, to be booked).

Contact her before your stay to arrange an appointment for your arrival and departure. She will be available throughout your stay to answer your questions (cleaning, babysitting, stocking the fridge, etc.). Marie can welcome you from 2 PM, depending on availability and the amount of cleaning required. Marie can welcome you until 8 PM. After that, you will be charged 10 euros per additional hour (until midnight). You must vacate the house before 11 AM (10 AM if you have chosen the cleaning option). If you wish to stay later in the day, and if possible, please don't hesitate to ask (there will be a charge of 10 euros per hour). We look forward to welcoming you.
