Chalet in private residential park with WIFI, heated indoor swimming pool

Well-equipped chalet (induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, sound bar,..) with large covered and enclosed terrace in a private Residential Leisure Park.
Garden furniture and charcoal barbecue on site (deckchairs, relaxer, parasol, chairs, tables..).
Heated and covered communal swimming pool.
Accommodation located 10 minutes walk from the downtown or the E-Leclerc shopping mall.
Cycle paths just behind the Residential Park.
The site has a playground (basketball, football, handball), ping-pong tables, a pond where you can fish in "NO-KILL" (carp, etc.), a petanque court and an independent restaurant.
Wifi provided free of charge at the chalet.

Household and towels NOT PROVIDED!!
BRING fitted sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers (duvets provided), towels, dish towels,.. The beds measure: 1 bed of 140x190, 2 beds of 80x200 (possibility of bringing them together to form a bed of 160x200).
Disposable mattress pads are installed on each bed for a stay of one week or less. A renewal kit will be provided each week for a longer stay.

A deposit of 600 euros is required to be paid by bank transfer or cheques.
500 euros for the chalet 100 euros for cleaning; cleaning is at your expense.
WITHOUT DEPOSIT, the rental will be cancelled.
This deposit must be paid (by bank transfer or check) 1 MONTH BEFORE for rentals of more than 7 nights; 7 days BEFORE for rentals of less than 7 nights.
The deposit will be returned after inventory.
The chalet must be returned in the same state of cleanliness as when you got it.

I will welcome you on site according to the arrival times; a key box is also available if necessary. Access to the Park is secured by barriers and a code; this will be provided to you a little before your arrival.
A cleaning kit is provided as well as an installation kit (garbage bags in place, 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels and various cleaning products).
