Between Tours and Angers, 20 minutes from Saumur, come stay on this property of over 5,500m².

Between the banks of the Loire, vineyards, and châteaux, enjoy a privileged setting surrounded by trees and welcome up to 10 people.

Beautiful outdoor spaces to fully enjoy your country break: southeast-facing terrace with garden furniture and parasols, west-facing terrace with relaxation lounge and sun loungers near the pool. All living areas have access to the terraces. Large gas grill. Unheated above-ground swimming pool (730x366x130cm). Children's playground, swings, slide, basketball hoop...

This 270m² cottage, including 140m² of living space, allows for a relaxing stay with family or friends: an ergonomic kitchen with a central island, fully equipped and open to the living room, a living room with windows on three sides and four sofas, a large flat-screen TV with a sound bar. A veranda overlooking the pool features a small foosball table (reversible into a small billiards table) and a sofa.

On the ground floor, there is a family suite with two adjoining bedrooms (see floor plan), one with three beds, the other with two beds, a playroom for the little ones, a bedroom with three beds, and a large bathroom/laundry room with a sink and walk-in shower. Separate toilet.

Upstairs, a large landing with a dressing room leads to a bedroom with two beds and a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, two sinks, and a toilet.

A bakery and tobacconist's are a 5-minute drive away, and the town of Longuée-Jumelles offers all the necessary shops and services. Take advantage of your stay in Anjou to stroll through the forests of the Loire Anjou Touraine Regional Natural Park, take a cruise on the Loire River, or visit the châteaux of Saumur, Montsoreau, Brézé, Chinon, Ussé, or the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud. The region is also rich in vineyards: Bourgueil, Saumur, Layon, Chinon, and more.

The 270m² house and garden are entirely reserved for guests.

Not included in the price: bed linen (€10 per bed (unmade beds) or €15 per bed for made beds), bathroom linen rental (€8/person), and end-of-stay cleaning (€110). Decorative fireplaces are not functional. Property is not enclosed. Bicycle storage sheds are available. Bed dimensions: 90x190cm. Large private parking. Wi-Fi internet connection. Pets not allowed.

Very spacious, ideal for 2 families

A very spacious property both inside and out. Very well equipped, and appearing to be further developed. Very good kitchen, bbq and outside areas and a rather quirky inside layout. Lots of space for families with children. We had an issue at one point and the owners, who are charming people, were very quick to respond and to try and sort things out. The pool, of course, is excellent, particularly as we had extremely hot weather.
