This charming little terraced house invites you to slow down, soak up the sun, and savor every moment.

The cozy living room is perfect for relaxing: curl up on the convertible sofa bed for an impromptu nap or watch your favorite movies on the flat-screen TV during cozy evenings. The dining area creates a friendly atmosphere where sharing a romantic dinner, a family meal, or a dinner with friends becomes a true pleasure!

The semi-open kitchen is designed so you can cook effortlessly while staying connected to your loved ones. It features a 2-burner gas stove, a range hood, a small electric oven, and a microwave, as well as a filter coffee maker and a NESPRESSO machine to make every coffee break a little ritual. You’ll also find a toaster, a kettle, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a washing machine. From the kitchen, you have direct access to the terrace, the perfect spot for a morning coffee in the sun, an outdoor lunch, or a peaceful evening under the stars.

The bedroom, with its 140cm bed, promises soft, restorative nights, while the bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet provides all the comfort you need.

The terrace, a true extension of the house, invites you to relax on the lounge chairs, enjoy the shade of the parasol, or host a small barbecue on the gas plancha for friendly and delicious moments!

Everything has been thought out so you can simply enjoy, relax, and create wonderful memories in this little corner of paradise!

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
